Well In the Stock Company you have Shares and shareholders , what that means? you can sell shares for Gold and the gold go direct to your account. on the SCs you can put there companies (witch will up the evaluation of the sc) and products,raw,gold,and cc ( CC Means money of a especific contry, each country have a diferent cc).
You must be aware of who you trust. Many people will create stock companies but they may not know anything about economy. In this module you can easily win or lose money.
Fraud actions and all actions which end up stealing from Stock Companies will have further and really hard punishments.
The Stock Companies have a CEO ( its kind a manager ) and the shareholders have 2 options "Sack CEO" witch cost 1Gold and for sack a ceo you need at least 50% of the votations.
And shareholders have also the option to "Propose CEO" in case of the SC have no CEO.
You can buy a company from Companies Market or just donate the Company through Donate company button. When you get on the companies market you will have the option to buy a company for the Stock Company you are a CEO of. You can also Donate Money to a Public Company even if you don't have any shares.
As for products and raw materials, you can get them into a public company only by buying through Product Market.
Creating company from scratch
Firstly, you have to be level 10 and Pay 100Gold to create/open a Stock Company. By creating a company you automatically become the CEO of it, Then you go to My Places> Shares Here you have the option to create a company.
You must pay 100 gold. 50 gold goes to the game and 50 goes inside your company as starting funds.
The CEO can propose "issue poll". He sets the total amount of shares he wants to create, and the price. These shares, if the poll is positive, are posted on the market with the voted price. In case that the CEO wants to change the price, he has the option to edit it. A poll will start again and shareholders will be asked about this change.
There is an option on CEO panel which you can pay dividends to the shareholders with. As CEO you choose the total amount of gold you want to share. A poll is created where shareholders can vote. If it's positive then every share takes: total amount/total shares of companies. Dividends can be paid whenever the CEO wants and proposes it. There is no limit.
CEO can split shares on his panel. Your shares must have a minimal value of 2g and it costs 'X' golds. When CEO clicks on "Split shares" a law automatically starts and every shareholder gets a notification that they can cast their vote. Law lasts for the next 24 hours and there must be more than 75% shares cast to finish it.
There are 4 different staff roles in a SC which are as follows:
Accountants: they are allowed to buy/sell currency and handle Monetary Market
Company Managers: they are allowed to manage companies, their job is to set salaries, check raw material etc.
Salesmen: are in charge of product market related functions of a stock company. Their job is to sell or buy products, raw materials etc on the market.
CEO: the head of SC. His job is to pay dividends, hire staff mentioned above. CEO also has many other powers like share split, CEO can request banned player's shares removal from SC.
For Create 1 auction you can do it from : My Places --> Equipment --> (in the equipment if isnt equiped you can see there sell in auction) it will start for 0.01g and have a duration of 12 hours.
or My Places --> Auctions --> and there you choose initial price and duration.
You always pay 1% of the inicial choosen price and 2% of the final price.
You get the item back to you.
If someone bid more Gold then you can still biding more gold or stop biding.
Who win the item in auction is the top Bidder until the auction reach time 00:00:00.
The auction can only be canceled only if there are no bids
You can set duration of the action (from 1 to 48 hours).
Bidders enter maximum acceptable price for them.
The price of the item is the second highest bid
The gold is taken from the account as the deposit
If you are outbid by other player, all the gold from the deposit is returned to your account
If you win the item - the price is second highest bid, the rest money from your deposit is moved back to your account.
General Rules
The first congress of a country is constituted by the first 20 citizens of the country
Maximum size of each congress is 20.CongressMedal
Each congressman can propose only 5 laws during his/her candidature.
To approve a law, a congress needs more than 50% of congressmen to vote yes.
Party leaders decide who can run in congress elections from their parties by editing the list of candidates.
The winning candidates receive a congressman medal and 5Gold. They will also receive 1 XP for every law proposal they vote in.
If a congressman leaves, he/she cannot be replaced and the amount of congressmen is reduced.

General Rules

Citizens can candidate for president only in their home countries (home country is your citizenship country)
Any Country President may propose up to 5 new laws each 24 hour period.
Presidents can be impeached by the congress (requires more than 66% positive votes).
After a president is impeached, the next candidate with most votes will automatically become the president.
If a country has no president, congress can propose one by making the law.
Being a country president is a job with heavy responsibilities. A player running for president should be ready for such a demanding position.
The President can propose 5 laws in 1 day.

First to get the IRC Link you can ask in your country by shout our provate mesage.
Second always when you enter in the irc you have to put some nickname you do it this way : /nick yournick(you ingame nick)
For join some Channels like #strade ( trades oficial primera channel) you need to be registred on the irc.
Open a PM to Yourself ( to avoid someone see your password if you make some mistake)
and in the pm write : /ns register password(your nick password) emeil(your emeil, you have to use a real emeil cuz you will have to pick a code to activate your registration code from the emeil)
For example :
/ns register whynotoday alwayshere@hotmail.com
You should recive in your emeil something like this
/msg NickServ confirm code(the code they send you in the emeil)
After you register your emeil each time you enter to the irc you need to use this 2 commands
/nick yournick
/ns id password(your nick password,that password you used in the register)
to join a channel you have to use this command :
/join #chanelname
/j #chanelname
both work
For create a channel you have to follow this steps :
/j #thenameofthechanelyouwantcreate
/cs register #channelname channelpassword description
if you want make owner some of your friends you have to give them the password and they can use the command
/cs identify #chanelname chanelpasswod
to invite bots to the channel you can use this command
/bs list
/bs assign #channelname botname(you get the name from the command /bs botlist)

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
