Another interview, another staff member. Since our staff has changed so much in these past few months i thought it to be suitable for you to get to know the people that represent us in the highest levels of the gameplay, a little better. It's my last of this Era, so i really hope it answers some of your questions as it did some of mine. All together i wrote 55 interviews during Primera 1.0, 2 of which got deleted by the Admin . It was a great 2 years for me, doing interviews gave me more satisfaction than any other article. I hope you enjoyed at least most of them and i hope you will enjoy this one as well. Thank you for all you've done for me in these 2 years - interviews came before everything else and YOU were the ones who voted them and subbed my newspaper, later voting other articles as well. Hearing about more friends and readers leaving every day saddens me deeply. I would beg you not to but i completely understand why you would. As for me I will stick around and i will not leave behind whoever stays with me.

1. Greetings Precedex , one of the semi-Gods of this game right now.
1. Semi-God? HAHAHAHA! Hilarious...anyways thanks for having me.

2. Well of course, SGO is a very high position. How do you become a "Super" Game Operator, what does a SGO do and why do we need 3 of them?
2. I never expected or planned to become a SGO. It all came to me as a surprise, as one of our GOAs approached and asked if I could fill in the position since a more "senior GO" at that time didn't want it.
Basically, SGO pretty much does what other GOs do but more importantly SGO oversees other GOs work, accepts/rejects appeals. We have options and tools not available to other GOs. Regarding the last part of the question please refer to our GOA.

3. To the most important topic. How do you think reset will affect this game?
3. To state the obvious, old players got upset with the reset but not all of them. Whether they stay or not its up to them. There has been several ban request to go along with this. I don't know what lies ahead after the reset. It all depends on how the old, new and the future players will keep PRIMERA the best server there is. But as for me, I don't really care about the reset since I never bought gold just to raise my damage. So, let's just wait and see what happens.

4. But do you think Admin can afford to reset the whole game without earning back what he invested in the project? Do you think Suna was a success?
4. That's a good question and a hard one to answer. But I guess if I were to put in the shoes of those who invested, I'd probably be upset and lose the trust to the server. Who knows when the next reset is going to happen. Probably SUNA reset was a success and it was brought here to Primera. So i guess he can afford to reset.

5. Does Admin or/and do the developers communicate with you?
5. Honestly, I have never spoken to any of them. =))

6. How long have you been in the staff by now?
6. I've been trial GO for 3 weeks and became GO last June 15, 2014 and SGO last August 14, 2014. All in all almost 4 months now.

7. What are the major issues/ frequently asked questions you have to deal with daily?
7. Mmmm daily.. mostly ban appeals, SC banned/inactive shares, orgs password resets and other random questions like during events (tourneys). It will be busy after the reset for sure. A lot will probably complain regarding the change of resources.

8. To players that aspire to join staff one day - what should they know and fear?
8. Well, to all those who aspire to become staff someday. They have to give up a lot - being in politics (CP is strictly forbidden), time to solve cases and investigate game abusers/cheaters. They have to develop patience as they will encounter a lot of people with different attitudes and personalities. You will be bashed no matter what you do. But on the other hand it feels rewarding if you have helped someone and kept the game as fair as possible with best of your abilities.

9. Has reset changed anything about how you feel about this game?
9. Somehow, yes. But I'd rather keep my opinion to myself. =))

10. Thank you very much for your answers, Precedex . It's been an honor.
10. It's been my pleasure.

About the game:

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.

In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

"E-Sim is one of the most unique browser games out there"

Become an influential politician.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.

The international war.

The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).

At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.

E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
