Why reset?
there is an impossible problem for admin to solve,unless he reset the server:
new player's can't never catch up with the old players. 28es vs 7es. 1old players =3 or more new players.
Primera won't get any of BB in the future.
the risky
many old players might rage quit.i won't explain too much about this.u know why...
is it fair enough for old players?
ofc not.
any solution ?
i don't think reset will solve this problem forever. 1-2years later the same problem will come back.
and i have an advise:
1.players should have limit on es(10?) and strenth(2500?)、military ranks. if limit is coming old player can't improve any of them any more( although total dam will be added).
2.rebirth system.
everyone should be able to choose rebirth if he reachs one of the limits.
all skills will be reset to zero.but he will get some extra points for his new elife.
ie: if i have reach 80% of the limit of ES i will recieve 80 points.same as from my
how to spend those points?
ie: if i have 300 points in total, i spend 200 for productivity improving,i'll get 20% extra productivites.
if i spend 100 points on dam inscreasing i will get 10% bonus of dam.
additional:everytime we Choose to rebirth again new points will be added into total we saved.
*es and strenth limits will be extended too.
how do u think of this?(sorry for my bad English, hope u understand it)

esim现在有一个解决不了的难题所以admin想重置：新入玩家看到一堆20+es 2000+力量的老玩家就不愿再玩下去了。
不过我觉得重置并不能解决这个问题，1-2年后同样问题又会出现。
我的看法是参考国内游戏，建立一个重生系统：
设定经济技能、力量、军衔上限，到达以后该项数值不会再增长
当你的一项技能到达顶峰后你可以选择重生。
重生以后状态归零。但是你得到一定量的特殊分配点数。100%对应100点，总共300点
你可以把它们分配在经济技能加成上，比如200点生产加成=增加20%产量，100点伤害加成=10%伤害。
多次重生产生的分配点数可以叠加。
来投个票把，觉得这个主意还行的投yes，不同意的投no。不管怎么样都要afk的投rage quit.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
