我看了某人的报纸，他有几个观点。先说所谓“新团与主团军垦待遇不同”问题，这完全是子虚乌有的，新人团团员只要加群都会统一安排军垦岗位，享受同样的军垦待遇，但军团鼓励新人在力量低，装备水平差的新手期尽量攒钱更新装备；训导团的军垦工资一直是105包子+200枪（全勤）。而黑工工资标准都是0.6+0.1es，军团文件里明明白白写着，每周都是如此执行，从元老团员到新入团的新人都是一样，哪里会有一丝一毫不一样？
倒是某人报纸中的招新待遇，1500力量以下军垦是10个包子一天，按0.065算才0.65G一天，这是多么低下的新人待遇？某人居然好意思反口指责训导团剥削新人，新老待遇不同，简直不可理喻。这里我要特别声明一下，我不想评论对方军团的政策，谁都会有朋友在其他军团，如果你们觉得这种指责伤害到了你们的感觉，我表示歉意，这绝非我本意。
再说说其他的补助制度，训导的补助制度群文件都有，我复制装备补助制度文件开头的一段话给你看：（一，简介：本办法将在15军训导团、新团全体团员进行装备更新时予以补助），新人毫无疑问可以享受这个补助，

jimlee 等团员已经受益。拉练补助也是一样：新人团和训导团团员均可参加，活动内容为定时（目前暂定周六晚九点左右）上线，在军团QQ群集合，然后所有人一起在指定的时间点集中输出。
招新shout没有问题，我们的群文件里有训导团和新人团各种补助制度的明文规定，到所有流程细节都清楚明确，不存在任何的“剥削新人”或者“不公平待遇”，其实外人怎么说并不重要，恰恰是外人的抹黑和施压更能激起我们训导团团员之间的友爱团结之心。
至于某人关于“新人团100人伤害还只有每天2-3m”的说法，首先完全不符合事实，最近一次国家补助统计显示，新人团7天时间里累计输出132m，经过压秒翻倍等修正后位居全国所有军团第11位，甚至超过了多只主力团，这充分说明新人团不但不像某些人所说的“毫无战斗力”，反而具备了很高的战斗素养和输出能力。更何况，对新人提伤害要求本身就是不合理的，新人最优的发展策略是尽快攒钱更新装备，呕血输出多打一些伤害并不利于新人发展；如果某人想比日均伤，训导奉陪，不要老盯着我们新团看日均伤，要求我们团的新人呕血打伤。另外新团活跃的成年战士多已进入训导，这样有更高的伤害加成。66、jim、还有个我的下线，好多啊.
而对于我们团灰掉的团员，我也很遗憾，但是any已经很尽力很负责的在帮助团员了，pm他们加群，指导他们发展，但新人灰掉的可能性还是挺大的，但不管怎么样，我们珍惜每一个招进来的团员。至于某些人莫名其妙的逻辑——“不能保证不灰就别招新”，我就懒得多说了，我们团的新人多源于我们的招新工作做得好，猫哥带头，any跟进，许多新团员也积极帮军团招新，训导团招新为什么搞得好？猫哥自己的人物简介里在招新，每天上线都记得发shout招新，时时刻刻不忘了要给军团招新，这种招新的态度自然而然感染全团，带动大家努力去做招新工作，为什么训导团能有一个100人之多的新人团？不是靠吹牛，不是靠耍嘴皮，那是猫哥、any、以及所有训导团帮忙招新的团员一嗓子一嗓子喊出来的，是靠真金白银的高福利1G1G报销出来的，是靠清楚详尽的团规团制一条一条建设出来的！在某些人的眼里，这些真实的付出和实干都是不存在的，新人被训导团召走的多，一定是因为训导团招新时候吹了牛皮，一定是因为训导团耍了赖，我召新召不过你，你就是应该“停止招新”，不停就是“不能给新人提供好的照顾”，对这些人我只想送两个字给他们——呵呵。

好嘞，写完了，气也顺了点，其实我觉得真没必要多说，我们团的制度是什么样，对新人好不好，我们自己清楚，我们能够相亲相爱，互帮互助，大家聊聊天啊，说说笑笑，何必去管别人怎么说？训导团从一个小团(当时交流还是一个10人左右的QQ讨论组)发展成了EC日均伤数一数二的主力团，各方面的建设都挺好，团员们相互之间很友爱，我满意了，各位新团和训导的团员，你们觉得呢？

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
