关于改税这个事为什么会引起这么大的反响，也是我所没想到的。具体到改税这个事件的争执在议会群应该有三场，大群里有一场。所幸的事我目睹并基本全程参与了其中的三场，但是不幸的是争执最大，行为最为恶劣的议会群第二场“讨论”也就是上周六的那次我没能参与。
前一段时间对希腊、以色列、伊朗的战局焦灼，导致众多土豪纷纷扯开裤腰带打Q5，据说某土豪烧了近千G，不知真假，纯屌丝表示羡慕嫉妒恨。土豪，打Q5能带上我嘛。闲话少说，然后此次争执的主角上场（简称他为M吧），说自己Q5枪库存没了，IRC上也买不到便宜Q5枪，想叫某些有Q5枪的土豪转点Q5枪。但是土豪哪会卖Q5枪，你们太小看土豪了，对，说的就是你，那个D几万Q5枪给西瓜的那位。
某日，M在议会群宣扬他的自由市场经济理论（既0税收理论），并强调这种机制是完美，但是因为种种原因在现实社会中无法实现，而ESIM具备实行这一机制的条件。我读书少，你别骗我。我哪知道自由市场经济理论是啥。由于这次争持时间较为久远，我忘记了后来是什么情况。抱歉，有人记得请留言补全吧。但是当时的争执结果，他没有得到议会群里任何一个人的支持。
某日的次日，M因为他的自由市场经济理论没能得到支持，就到大群里邀请某些土豪建立Q5枪内部流通土豪盟，现在这个盟我不知道建没建立，毕竟屌丝进不去这盟的。再建立这个组织的时候，又不可避免的讨论到所谓的自由市场经济体制，当然结果也是貌似没人支持他。
上周六晚，后来看聊天记录的表示，当时情况简直是基情四射啊，火热到爆。当然毕竟不是当事人，如有兴趣的人请观看其他报纸，谢谢。
也就是昨天晚上，M提出的几种观点，我梳理下，如果有误解了，当然我也是故意的。
1、议会由你们这些老家伙把持。
2、自由市场推导出市场活跃再推导出新人活跃。
3、以波波、美国、西班牙为例宣扬自由经济的好处。
貌似还有些其他的观点，但是可能过于争议，比如说什么民主，自由什么的。我就不一一列举，M如果还有新增观点，请自行发言，当然我并不一定会听。
对于第一点，这个观点很早就有了。说什么议会全都是老家伙，新人完全不能当议员。
下面我们大家看下这届议员的组成，除了纱卡、NG、吐温以外我没发现还有谁是老家伙。
然后现在议会群比较活跃的只有九川、纱卡，我也于今日退出议员群了。其他的比如像现任囧统、西瓜、allen、肥羊、方丈等基本都是和M同一批新人潮涌现出来的优秀玩家。喂！我可没说M你哦，为政委的眼光默哀1秒钟。
基本上只要没有大的战略战术方针错误的出现，老家伙基本不管的，没事吹吹水、聊聊贱女人多好。
对于第二点，我不知道你哪来的自信出现这种言论，不拉新人潮，你还想有活跃的新人？不打战，你想有活跃的新人？都成死人潮了！而且就你第三点举出的3个国家，新人活跃吗？
对于第三点，由于现在ESIM的税率由BUG，看不到具体税率，但是西班牙的市场算活跃？西班牙的新人算活跃？
美国的市场算活跃。（本来准备打比较活跃的，但是免得被人说扣字眼。还是算了）美国的新人算活跃？
美国的市场为什么活跃，是倒货的商人造成了市场活跃。美国市场曾经长期出现过比IRC里价格还低的Q1枪和铁，我想问下在大群里哪些倒货的商人们，你们有没有扫过美国的Q1枪和铁！！！有过这个行为的人请站出来，我保证不打你！
如果波波是实行低关税制度的话，有一定的背景条件，那就是前段时间波波组织号被洗劫一空，没有任何物资和工厂，如果有工厂基本都是Q1。这一现象导致了波波市场缺乏一定的物资流通，至于波波的税率尤其是进口税到底是怎样，让BUG修复后再看看吧。
我来普及一些小知识吧。
第一、ESim里的生产力有限，产出有限，因此ESIM的市场经济是支出大于产出；按照现在ESIM世界的生产量为2,283,582，而一个人打全套（15面包、15礼物、150Q1枪）需要的生产量为1110(制造业需要15*5+15*10+150*2=555+300+255=555)（所需原料的生产力也为555），意思就是全世界的生产力只能保证2057个人打全套。这就意味着这是一个卖方市场，而不是一个买方市场。
第二、按照一套物资需要5G的价格，一天的 日产量的价值为1WG（当然这里面军垦军团生产的物资价值占大多数），能每天出现在EC市场上的物资价值有1KG就要谢天谢地，对于土豪、奸商或者倒货来说1KG也就一件Q6甲。
第三、低进口税不管在现实还是在ES里都不能保证普通人能得到最大利益，得到最大利益的永远是扫货的、倒货的、奸商等。
第四、其实对于EC来说，改进口税对于军垦军团没有任何坏处。为什么呢？军团可以完全市场扫货，以僵尸团为例，我们缺Q5礼物和Q1枪，既然市场上有低价商品，我们扫货就是了。为什么其他军垦军团也反对改税，究其原因就是不科学。
第五、任何一项政策的实行都不可能百分之百的完美，有其优点也有其缺点，我们只能从中找出最优解。同时在此再次重申一句，不管你是老议员还是新议员，务必加入议会群，在投票的时候务必看议员群里的意见。

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
