Wordt de nieuwe Vlaamse regering er een mét of zonder Kris Peeters? Dat is nog onduidelijk. Maar voor de rest kan er al een mooie prognose worden gemaakt over de samenstelling.
Minister-president
Wie wordt minister-president (MP) in een Vlaamse regering met N-VA en CD&V? Nu de N-VA op federaal vlak uit de boot dreigt te vallen, is de kans groot dat de partij in Vlaanderen de dans wil leiden. In dat geval heeft Geert Bourgeois de beste papieren om MP te worden.
Kris Peeters doet dan wellicht niet mee, want dienen als gewoon minister onder een N-VA’er zou voor hem een stap terug betekenen. Maar misschien kan hij nog wel een hoofdrol krijgen in de nieuwe federale regering.
De N-VA-ministers
N-VA op verkiezingsavond
Laten we ervan uitgaan dat de nieuwe Vlaamse regering - net als de uittredende - negen leden telt: de MP plus acht ministers. Elke partner mag dan vier ministers leveren, en de N-VA krijgt als grootste partij de MP bij wijze van bonus.
Wie wordt MP: Geert Bourgeois of Liesbeth Homans? De keuze voor Bourgeois als delegatieleider in de onderhandelingen is een duidelijke hint. Hij heeft tien jaar ervaring als Vlaams minister en vijf jaar als viceminister-president. Homans heeft één legislatuur in het Vlaams Parlement gezeteld en is nu anderhalf jaar schepen en OCMW-voorzitter in Antwerpen. Voor haar komt de functie van MP misschien nog wat te vroeg.
Naast Bourgeois en Homans zijn er nog drie posten vrij. Een blik op het onderhandelingsteam leert dat N-VA-ondervoorzitter Ben Weyts een certitude lijkt. Ook uittredend minister Philippe Muyters komt in aanmerking.
Maar sommige N-VA’ers vinden dat hij op 25 mei een teleurstellend resultaat heeft geboekt en dat in de provincie Antwerpen Kris Van Dijck, de burgemeester van Dessel, meer in aanmerking komt. Voor Limburg en Oost- Vlaanderen zijn respectievelijk Jan Peumans en Matthias Diependaele de meest voor de hand liggende kandidaten. Maar het zou kunnen dat zij hun huidige functies als parlementsvoorzitter (Peumans) en fractieleider (Diependaele) voortzetten. In dat geval komen namen van verkozenen uit andere parlementen in beeld, zoals Johan Van Overtveldt, Jan Jambon of Theo Francken. Siegfried Bracke maakt volgens insiders weinig kans.
De CD&V-ministers

Over naar CD&V. Als die partij vier ministers mag leveren, dan is de kans levensgroot dat drie uittredende ministers terugkeren. De vaststelling dat Hilde Crevits, Jo Vandeurzen en Joke Schauvliege alle drie deel uitmaken van het onderhandelingsteam, bevestigt die veronderstelling.
De vierde post is afhankelijk van het lot van Kris Peeters. Als hij niet in de regering stapt, dan wordt hij bijna zeker vervangen door een andere kandidaat uit de provincie Antwerpen, de grootste kieskring. In dat geval lijken Tinne Rombouts (Hoogstraten) en Koen Van den Heuvel (Puurs) de meest waarschijnlijke kandidaten. Tenzij uittredend federaal staatssecretaris Servais Verherstraeten (Mol) wordt beloond, omdat hij de zware taak op zich nam om als lijsttrekker voor de Kamer de strijd aan te binden met Bart De Wever.
En wat met Antwerpen?
Als Liesbeth Homans in de Vlaamse regering stapt, dan moet ze worden vervangen in Antwerpen. Volgens goede bronnen is de kans groot dat N-VA-schepen van Stadsontwikkeling Rob Van de Velde haar zware sociale departementen overneemt. Van de Velde zou normaal begin 2016 zijn functie overdragen aan een extra schepen van Open Vld. Mogelijk wordt die operatie vervroegd.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
