Bonjour, moi c'est gloomy , je suis né le day 669. En premier temps, je suis allé au SM puis je suis parti gérer les Bleus de France. J’intègre le Green Party et peu après entre dans la Green Army peu après sa création. Peu de temps après sa fusion avec Black Water, je décide de plutôt rejoindre les Commandos Français et en deviens un des administrateurs dans les semaines qui suivent, je suis rentré au congrès très tôt. J'ai représenté le Green Party pendant 5 mandats. Je n'ai quitté le congrès que pour me présenter aux présidentielles et être élu il y a peu.
Commençons les questions plus sérieuses.
Au niveau de la diplomatie, vous dites:
"je pense surtout que l'on doit penser à nos intérêts avant ceux de n'importe quel autre pays, on a aucun intérêt à s'allier à un pays dont les intérêts sont diamétralement opposés aux nôtres. Mais ça n’empêche pas de passer de la pommade à tout ce qui le demande, pas besoin de se faire des ennemis si quelques mots suffisent à ne pas être détourné de nos objectifs."
Voulez-vous continuer avec l'alliance WTF ? Vous dites de penser à nos propres intérêts mais nous sommes dans une alliance et actuellement, nous n'avons aucune guerre à part les RW. Que pensez-vous en disant de penser à nos propres intérêts ? Que pensez-vous de F4F(Allemagne, Uk...) ?
Oui je soutiens notre alliance WTF tant que ça ne va pas à l'encontre de l’intérêt de notre pays. Je pense que la France a besoin de relations plus solides avec ses alliés au lieu de tout simplement faire partis de la même alliance. Nous allons donc essayer de développer la communication et les échanges avec nos alliés. A noter que se trouver des frères d'armes, des vrais, prend du temps car la confiance s’installe avec le temps. C'est aussi pour cela que nous ne remettons pas en cause l'alliance actuelle car, si on change d'alliance comme de chemises, nous ne serons jamais inscrits dans la durée.
F4F a le vrai profil d'une alliance anti-Française. Réunissant 4 voisins avec qui nos relations sont plus que fragiles. Il faut certes les surveiller mais aujourd'hui ils représentent une menace assez minime.
Au niveau économique, Avez-vous prévu de grandes réformes ? Ou seulement de maintenir le même système ?
Au niveau de la gestion de l'activité rien ne devrait changer, je trouve que le dernier gouvernement a fait du bon travail. Par contre la dépense va changer, dans l'ensemble un assouplissement des règles, mais le détail dépendra de notre grande reforme de l'armée.
Au niveau de l'armée, c'est la question qui fâche. Qu'avez-vous prévu comme réformes ? Augmentation des packs (foods ou gifts en plus) ? Avez-vous prévu une nouvelle guerre ?
Pas de guerres directes sauf pour maintenir nos colonies. et les packs ne vont vraisemblablement pas augmenter mais les conditions d'acceptation seront plus souple. La grande réforme de l'armée va être le sujet d'un très (trop) long débat avec mon nouveau gouvernement, beaucoup d'idées et d'enthousiasme sur ce sujet.
Enfin, au niveau de la solidarité, avez-vous prévu un BabyBoom ? Si oui, avez-vous prévu un chiffre ?
Bien sûr, un baby-boom est prévu mais seulement après la mise en place de nouvelles mesures qui devraient nous permettre un meilleur taux de rétention. A quoi cela sert d'avoir 200 nouveaux joueurs , si au bout d'une semaine, il n'en reste que 1 ou 2 ?
Votre gouvernement est-il un "gouvernement de combat" ?
De combat oui car l'objectif quasi unique de ce mandat sera de relancer une armée fiable et projetable qui permettra à la France de nouvelles ambitions militaires et diplomatiques (donc économiques).

Hi ! I am gloomy, the new French CP. I was born on day 669. My first steps in the game were in the Service Militaire. I then left to manage the Bleus De France. I joined the Green Party and the Green Army shortly after. And I left them to go to the Commandos Français when I became one of the managers. Let’s begin with the serious matters. About the diplomacy, you say:
I think that we should above all think about our own interests, and not about any country’s. We have no interest into being allied with a country that wants the exact opposite of us. But it doesn’t keep us from soothing our relationships with those who ask. There’s no need to make enemies if only few words are enough not to be kept away from our goals.
Do you wish to keep going on with WTF? You say you think of our own interests, but we are in an alliance and currently, we have no wars except the RWs. What did you actually mean when you say such a thing ? What do you think of F4F (Germany, UK, etc.) ?
Yes, I do back up WTF, as long as it doesn’t contradict our planning, our interests. I think France needs better relationships with the allies rather that just be a part of an alliance. We willl thus try to develop communication and exchanges with our friends and allies. You should also note that finding real “Brothers in War” takes time, for trust has to come progressively. It is also why we are not going to question our current alliance, for if we change our minds everytime, we won’t survive in long term.
The F4F has the perfect profile for an anti-France alliance. Gathering four neighbours whom our relationships are fragile with. We have to look out, but today, they are a rather little threath.
Economically speaking, have you planned some big reforms? Or just the maintain of the same system ?
About the Economy, on the gestion of the activity, nothing should change, I think the former government did good job. However, the expenses will change. The rules will be loosened, even though the details will remain fully dependant of our great reform of the army.
About the army, tricky question: what do you plan ? Increasing of the packs (more food and gift)? Did you plan a new war ?
No direct war in order to keep our colonies, and the packs will most likely be the same, even though the terms of application will also be loosened. The great reform will be the center of a (too ?) long debate with my new government, with a lot of ideas and enthusiasm about it.
Eventually, about the solidarity, is a BabyBoom on the program ? If yes, have you some estimations of the number of babies ?
Of course the babyboom is planned, but only after the enforcement of the measures that will help us keeping the babies. It is useless to have 200 new players of only 1 or 2 stay after a week.
Will your government be a first-class governement ?
First-class, yes, definitely, for our main and almost only goal is to get back the glorious, reliable army that will allow France to think about new military and diplomatic (thus economical) goals.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
