How to sum up our new battle monitor? In my opinion it's a great idea with one of the worst executions one could think of. And just so you wouldn't mute me for flaming I say in advantage - I'm not writing this to whine about your work, staff of e-Sim ( kMeel ). And also, this is not a poll whether people like it or not (of course you're welcome to discuss in comments but I'm not making an actual "poll"). This article is meant as suggestive and to bring out some pros and cons of the change. More cons than pros of course - I wouldn't be writing about it otherwise.

(What I also want to show in this pic is that chat box is still disturbing as ever. I didn't mind it when it had private chat option - which btw still has an achievement which is impossible to achieve - and it was possible to turn it into a small cubicle.)

My experience with the update: I found fighting today "slightly" more difficult than ever before. Some issues I encountered:
1. I think adding the food/gift option to the fighting page is one of the only positive parts that came with the update. However, you need to work on how you locate the buttons, graphics and a few more things.
1st of all it servers no point whatsoever if you've got consume items both in left and in the middle of the page. If you add it to the battle page take it down from the left panel.
2ndly, what came to me as a problem was that the weapons went automatically to Q5 (that didn't bother me in person but since Q1 weapons are used the most perhaps that should be automatic - if the person HAS Q1 weapons in his stock of course). Same thing with food and gifts only they went automatically to Q1. Since old habits die hard I tried to eat food from the left panel's "consume items" but even though I (automatically) had Q5 there I consumed a Q1 food because that's what battle page had chosen for me. Same happened when I tried to use gifts. You should think of programming it differently so it would choose whichever food/gift in your inventory is the highest according to Q.

2. Let's not talk around bushes - new face of the battle monitor may be cooler with all its dark colors and a pretty picture but in means of practicality it's rubbish! Best thing about the previous graphs was that the colors were light and soothing + all the details you needed (your damage/position in top 10, top 10 by itself, recent fighters, battle monitor) were on one single page when you were hitting. These aspects brought us a very mobile battle monitor which was easy to concentrate on.
The way I see it now - it's difficult to concentrate on the monitor for minutes since small white text on black background is almost as awful as light green on yellow. Nothing is mobile anymore - while hitting you can see a huge picture of sundown and how much damage there is on both sides. And that's all. If you want to see more you'll have to scroll down. And if you want to see even more than that (aka top 10 fighters from both sides), you'll have to click on "More".

Bottom line I think you should work on it a lot more in Testura server and add it again in a few months when you've developed some progress with it.

About the game:

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.

In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

Become an influential politician.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.

The international war.

The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).

At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.

E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
