The Staff is here to inform you about some minor information of what we do to help the game, as well as how you can help us, make the game better and more.

So what does the Primera Staff really do about people who are violating the laws, and especially against citizens who create multiple accounts?
To start off we will begin with minor information of how it really works.
Basically each citizen is allowed to create one account per server. That account is never to be left over to anyone else, and if it were to be, the account would be banned.
Each IP is allowed to hold 4 different accounts. (Definition of IP in e-sim would be for example that each house may hold 4 accounts that are not violating the rules of Shared IP).
So what does the Primera Staff do against those who violate it?
Currently there is 15985 users on Primera. There has been a massive increase of users in just the last few weeks.
But not all of them are using one account. And we know that.
So those who create a multiple account for their own personal usage, or to benefit a country or an MU. They will get punished for doing so.
We work on our spare time with our best efforts to help players with all their different kind of issues, while also trying to catch all those who are violating this.
For example, between the ingame day 880 and day 887 there was 399 accounts banned permanently. This week we have so far reached a number of 213 accounts who has been permanently banned.
But be aware, if you are to use multiple accounts for the first time.
You will most likely not get banned for doing it, you will instead get punished, and all assets which you have benefited from the multiple accounts will be removed from your storage.
Therefore the amount of banned accounts, is not as high as the actual multiple accounts which has been found and banned.
How can you help us with the process of catching multiple accounts, and see to that justice is brought to their owners?
First of all it is important when you report anyone for using multiple accounts, that you have a valid reason.
Not just that they are working for 1 currency in someones company, since they can still be paid in gold.
Try to find people with the same or similar name, avatars, low or close to 0 damage and other things that indicate that the account is most likely not used to play with, but only to profit another party with.
We do check ALL reports which are filed, but this helps us to directly see links between all reports sent in, as well as to know what to look for.
We also can not go through every citizen link in the game, nor all MU's and Organizations etc every day. Therefore we ask you to help us with this, if you ever see any suspicious account, or perhaps hear about an MU not getting paid what they should for working in it.
Please just report it and it will helps us to find players who are violating the rules much earlier and easier.
Now to the Stock Companies.
For a long period of time you have now been able to come to us, and ask us to sell banned players shares in Stock Companies.
But we think it is time that you may now also be able to remove inactive players shares.
However to make this fair for everyone. We have set the minimum amount of inactivity to 90 days before we will sell a players shares.
Be aware of:
- This is only for Primera
- Shares will NOT be removed, they will be sold for the current Stock Company shares price.
It can also only be requested by the current CEO of the Stock Company.
- You must ALWAYS pay inactive or banned shareholders, until their shares have been sold. Even if you plan to pay dividends when a citizen has been inactive for 80 days, he still has to be paid until he has lost his shares in the Stock Company.
- You will not be able to request to sell a citizen banned on request, without him being banned for at least 90 days.
- You will have to wait a minimum of 7 days before you can request to sell a citizen banned permanently for violating the rules. (This is so the player has a week to appeal to us about his ban, before losing his shares in game if he was to be unbanned).

Regarding Staff Recruitment And How It Works.
As you may now, for some time ago we asked to have applications sent in to become a Game Operator.
We have not forgotten about you. But your application may have gotten rejected without you knowing about it.
Last time we announced recruiting, we received over 200 applications in just over a few days.
We simply had no chance of letting those who got rejected a message of them not being chosen. Instead we notifying those who we were interested of to interview.
In Primera we have very high standards when looking for Game Operators, a few of the following examples is very important for us:
- Good English Knowledge
- Exceptional Patience.
- A good amount of time, that can be spent on e-sim and IRC daily.

Please do not rush when you are applying to become a moderator, it may just make us reject you since the application is not correctly filled in, or has a numerous amount of grammatical issues etc.

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
