Instance 本报的主编兼策划兼设计兼会计……总之报社有的工作职位我全兼了。
好了废话少说，自我介绍也就到这里。
下面列一下创刊声明：
一、创刊目的
创建商业交流平台，换句话说广告。
但我
Instance 首先得说，我不是为了赚钱，干这种光出力不赚钱的活纯属是为了娱乐，没事写写文章而已。
二、发刊周期及时间
1周1期，特殊情况会在最近的一期上声明，并给予相关人士赔偿。每周日下午发刊。
三、版面分配
七三分
前者为“商业交流平台”部分，后者为文章等其他类板块。
四、版块内容
1.商业交流平台
计划开设三部分，分别为头条、紧急、普通。
初期全部为普通，完全免费，版面最高100条，每条至多上刊2期。
后期将开设头条和紧急，开设时间另行通知。
2其他类
这部分欢迎投稿，或者是租版。
五、版面预定及要求
刊登普通信息在商业交流平台请在下次出刊前将申请私信Instance（发QQ不回），前一百条依照顺序上版。

虽然看起来比较正式
，但是不以规矩无以成方圆嘛
。其实做到也很简单，早申请，格式内容真实合法，就可以发了。再者，我Instance虽然不是以赚钱为目的，但是我也不想惹麻烦上身，所以还是有这么一个声明的。

Now, here is the statement of beginning
First :The aim of Fantasic Media
Set up a Commercial Exchange Platform. Another word, Advertising.
But first of all, I have to say, My aim is not working for money. And the job that only work and don’t get any cents like this one is just for fun. Just for spending time, and do articles.
Second: The circle and the time that the Fantasic Media come out
Come out every Sunday. If there are some special situations, we will write on the latest Fantasic Media.
Third: Page assign
There only 2 section in the Fantasic Media.
The one which assign 70% is the Commercial Exchange Platform. And the other one is Article and Others.
Forth: Section content
1.Commercial Exchange Platform
I plan to design three parts. Top, Emergency and Normal.
The early days, the Commercial Exchange Platform’s parts of page are all Normal, the Normal part is free for ever. This part has a high limit, 100 pieces of message. Every piece of message can be on the Fantasic Media2 times (expect special situation).
Later on, I will design Top and Emergency parts. Please waiting and I apologize at here.

Welcome to post article to this part or rent for times.

Sixth: Responsibility assign and Disclaimer
1.The owner(called the owner in next) that every piece of message and article that put up on Fantasic Media(called Newspaper in next), must read and agree < The beginning statement of Fantasic Media >.
2.Fantasic Media only offers the platform, the owner must be responsible for the message. Fantasic Media only is responsible the check work of the message. It means that Fantasic Media only be sure that the message that put up is accordance with the e-sim laws and other relevant laws.
3.Fantasic Media won’t delete or do not put up the lawful message(the definition is on the seventh part of the Statement) that the owner offers without a reason. The consequence which is made by delete or do not put up the lawful message will be taken by Fantasic Media
4.Fantasic Media be sure that the message that put up is accordance with the e-sim laws and other relevant laws.
5.If there will be some special situations that can make Fantasic Media come out put off, it must be notice on the latest Fantasic Media and give compensation to the relevant persons expect accident. Accident will notice at other time.
6.Fantasic Media all rights reserved.
7.Fantasic Media revise < The beginning statement of Fantasic Media > right reserved.
8.Fantasic Media won’t take the consequence that is made by the dispute of the lawful message. The consequence that is made by the dispute of the lawful message should be taken by the owner.

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
