比利时哈塞尔特大学研究人员发现,无论开车、骑车或步行上班,只要经过车辆密集的路段,都会增加心脏病的发作危险,主要原因是空气污染。其中骑车上班者的危险最大,因为这些人吸入的尾气最多、“受污染”最严重,他们同时还要耗费一定体力踩踏自行车,容易引发供血不足。这两方面都是诱发心脏病发作的重要原因。除此之外,拥堵的交通很容易让人紧张、焦虑,引发血压升高。
因此,不建议心血管高危人群在交通拥挤的高峰期骑车上下班。虽然骑车是一项很好的运动,但穿行在污染严重的马路上,弊大于利。老年人,特别是患有慢性支气管炎的老人,最好能避开交通高峰出行。
第二位:用力解大便
解干大便、搬桶装水这些突发动作,让人从静态中突然发力,内血压迅速升高,心脏承受的压力也会随之剧增。此外,血压不稳时,血管斑块的活动性会增加,容易脱落。
老年人、习惯久坐者、高血压患者以及有心脏病史的人,都应避免突然发力。如果必须要进行,应提前做热身运动。平时多吃蔬菜,避免大便干结,必要时用点开塞露等辅助药物。
第三位:大量喝酒或咖啡
过量饮酒以及喝咖啡,弊大于利,会让人心率加快、血压升高,扣动心脏病发作的扳机。如果是长期酗酒的人,会破坏心肌,久而久之导致心脏衰竭。
因此不论是喝咖啡还是饮酒,都要有节有度。正常成年男性每天喝啤酒不宜超过750毫升,换算成葡萄酒、低度白酒、高度白酒分别为250毫升、75毫升和50毫升;成年女性每天喝啤酒不宜超过450毫升,换算成葡萄酒、低度白酒分别为150毫升、50毫升。心脏不好的人尽量少饮酒和咖啡,以不引起心脏不舒服为宜。
第四位:心情抑郁
坏情绪是心脏大敌,而抑郁首当其冲。因为抑郁通常和焦虑相伴,夜晚的睡眠质量会很差,而心脏得不到休息,血压和心率都会升高,对心脏健康非常不好。建议有困难时多和家人朋友沟通,避免发怒、大悲大喜,控制好情绪。
第五位:暴饮暴食
人在过量进餐后,胃肠道需要大量的血液来消化食物,而流入心脑血管的血液大大减少,对于血管本来就有供血不足的人,一顿饱餐很容易就诱发心梗、脑梗。因此,不要轻易放纵自己的食欲,一顿饱餐就可能会夺走一条生命。平时吃饭最好吃七八成饱,或是少食多餐,而且要营养均衡。
第六位:性生活纵欲过度
适度、愉悦的性生活会让人心情舒畅,但放纵的性欲会让心脏衰竭。过度兴奋时,心脏血管会突然痉挛,造成心肌缺血,引发心脏病。对于已经患有心脏病的人而言,在急性期、急性恢复期之后也可以有性生活,但要避免过度兴奋。

虽然很少有人因为抽一根烟突然心脏猝死,但吸烟对于心脏的损害是长期且顽固的。吸烟的人发生心肌梗死的风险是常人的3倍。从现在就开始戒烟吧,8小时内,血液中的一氧化碳就会减少到正常水平;24小时内,心脏病发作几率减少;戒烟1年后,患心脏疾病的风险将会减少一半;戒烟15年后,各种风险和不抽烟的人一样。
第九位:吃得太咸、太甜
吃盐多不仅可以升高血压,同时还能使血浆胆固醇升高,促进动脉粥样硬化。美国的一项研究显示,饮食中含大量甜饮料或爱吃甜食的孩子,成年后心脏病危险会大大增加。
第十位:久坐不动
越来越多的“宅男宅女”和办公室“久坐族”,在享受“坐”得舒坦的同时,还要防止“坐”以待病、甚至“坐”以待毙。因为久坐会导致人体内新陈代谢的改变,影响脂肪代谢,减弱酶的活性,使得血液中的脂肪及甘油三酯含量上升,血黏度升高,血流缓慢,容易形成血栓,增加患心脏病风险。[2]

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
