- These are the first members of the Supreme Court - they have been chosen because of their dedication, donations, and ofcource IRC activity in India

THE GOLDEN RULE

(1) The word - SUPREME COURT - refers to the combined members of the Supreme Court - and not any individual member.
(2) The Supreme Court administrates ALL its decisions after a voting round.
(3) All decisions of the Supreme Court may be carried out - ONLY - if the majority of the Supreme Court Members agree on it.
(4) The "combined" Supreme Court has the same privileges as the President, and the same privileges of a full Congress.
(5) All members of the Supreme Court has similar privileges - Opening Discussion, Voting and Proposals.

SUPREME COURT MEMBER INFORMATION

(1) There can only be 5 members at a time.
(2) Every month after congress elections - Supreme Court Member change may occur, where some of the members may be transferred to Congress, and some others to be promoted from the congress to the Supreme Court.
(3) Supreme Court members may step down at any moment of their term without any confiscations.
(4) Should any new members be invited - a team vote will be needed where the majority must agree.

MEMBER REQUIREMENTS

(1) Dedication to the sIndia.
(2) Both IRC and shout activity.
(3) Maturity and a solid understanding of this game.
(4) Honesty. Where as corruption will lead to a permanent refusal to Supreme Court Membership.
(5) A post as either Congress member, President, MU Leader or Party Leader.
(6) Members who respect and follow all constitutions - INCLUDING the Supreme Court Constitution.

SUPREME COURT ACTIONS

(1) Veto of Presidential Proposals - all Presidential Actions (other than attack territory) must first be reviewed by the Supreme Court before being proposed. Only if the Supreme Court accepts, will the President be allowed to go forward with the decision.
(2) MPP Acceptance - Should any MPP proposal be made to India from another country, the Supreme Court has the right to decide should the MPP be accepted or denied by the congress.
(3) Law Acceptance - The Congressmen must first discuss and explain their plans to the Supreme Court before proposing it.
(4) Citizen Approval Program - The Supreme Court reserves the rights to choose if a player from another country should be given citizen ship to India.
(5) Impeachment Ban - ONLY the Supreme Court Members (and absolutely no other congressmen) has the right to propose or impeach a president.
(6) Congressmen Denial - Any Supreme Court member may propose to prevent the acceptance of a certain player into congress. In which case, the player may be removed from congress candidature by his/her party leader.

SUPREME COURT PROPAGANDA

(1) Government Change - The Supreme Court may propose a new type of government. This does not mean the President has to be changed. However the working style of India will change greatly with government type changes.
e.g. The present type of government of India is "Communism". With our present tax laws, it's simply too costly to run a company, and so all workers come to government owned factories to work - and so simulating an RL communist country.
And with the addition of the Supreme Court, India becomes a "Federate Communist" country - a communist country lead by a very strong and influential central base of leaders.
(2) Change of Constitution - The Supreme Court may EDIT or ADD to the constitution of India. THIS LAW ALSO INCLUDES THIS ARTICLE

~~~COORDINATION~~~
All Supreme Court members are required to show adequet activity in the IRC, where the minor votings may take place.
However, important (and rare) laws such as Government Change, Impeachment, Constitutional Change etc must be done in public. In which case the Supreme Court members are required to say -
I am a member of the Supreme Court - and I approve of this action
or
I am a member of the Supreme Court - and I disapprove of this action
But this must be done only - AND ONLY - after a formal discussion takes place in the IRC.
Let this be the first decision being made by the Supreme Court -
