Good day Philippines! Good day everyone! 1 month have passed. A little delayed but finally we're on our Phase II.
Let's look back in the past, let it be a lesson to all of us. Let's look at ourselves now, what else do we need to improve? Let's think way beyond our time, what awaits us in the future? Who knows. No one knows. But if we set our eyes into a goal, if we aim for success then we will be successful.
People can talk shits. People can do propaganda. They think they can manipulate minds. But that won't do anything good to us as a whole. Ayos lang magsalita ng magsalita, basta may nagagawa pero kung wala, huwag na lang. Gaya nga ng sinabi ko dati, let's just walk the talk. Tapos na ang panahon ng pamumulitika, unahin natin ang gawa kesa sa salita. Andito na ang Pilipinas, panahon na para magpakitang gilas. Ipakita natin kung ano ang kayang gawin ng lahing Filipino. Serious business is serious business but let's not forget to enjoy.

Clutch Rewards
First, what is CLUTCH? You wait for T-2/T-1/T-30s (Last 2mins/1min/30secs) of a round and try to help turn the tide or secure a lead. if the difference between the winning and losing side is less than the damage you dealt then you are indeed a CLUTCH.

The Rewards:
Top 5 clutch citizens will get 100 Q1 weapons at the end of the week.
Top clutching MU will get 500 Q1 weapons to support its members.
We will start the clutch count every Monday.
Rewards will be sent at the end of each week (most probably every Sunday).
For individual clutch, we will count how many clutches he did within the week.
While for Military Units, we will get how many clutches a MU did within the week to encourage every MU to do clutch.
Since Junji Battalion is already a clutch MU, we decided that it isn't going to be included in the clutch rewards.
This is also to give chance to other Filipino citizens and MUs who wish to claim the Clutchers and MU of the week award.
State Military Units
Actives and Clutchers from State MUs are to transfer to Hukbong Katihan ng Pilipinas.
Those who are less active and trainees are to move to Hukbong Dagat ng Pilipinas.
Those who are promoted from Akademiyang Militar ng Pilipinas will moved to Hukbong Himpapawid ng Pilipinas.
All State MU companies and commune will be transferred to Hukbong Katihan ng Pilipinas for easier pooling and monitoring of production. Supplies is still going to be sent to Dagat and Himpapawid members who are communing in Katihan.
Those who wish to transfer to Katihan, Dagat or Himpapawid, prove to us that you can do clutch.
We also have a plan to increase the supplies of our State MUs. Our target is to have Q5 foods, Q5 gifts, Q1 weapons and Q5 tickets as a salary for State MU commune everyday. Our government is more than willing to give an additional fund for State MU supplies but in return, members are expected to clutch hard. Everything here in-game is earned, not given.
While we are at it. Let's keep the momentum going.

Now with the hibernation. As much as possible, I would want to run again as a President to continuously guide the Filipino people and lead the Philippines to its finest. But real life is really getting in my way and I can't seem to guide and lead if I'm going to be busy in the months of January and February. It is not going to be fair to the Filipino people and Philippines don't deserve a passive President. USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
