Prima cosa un po di informazioni:
Ogni giorno lo STATO (rappresentato dai CM) incassa ITL in tasse che finiscono nel tesoro nazionale, lo stato non ha altre voci di ingresso o di uscita.
Ogni giorno il GOVERNO (rappresentato dal CP) tramite ministero, org e banca d'italia amministra aziende, paga stipendi, produce merci che utilizza in gran misura per armare le MU statali e parastatali.
Bene ogni circa 2 giorni lo stato tramite legge approvata dai CM dona 1000 ITL (circa) al governo [DATO PUBBBLICO].
La motivazione è semplice, lo stato supporta il governo per difendere i confini ed occupare altri territori, quindi armare le MU, nulla di illecito, tutto regolare e giustissimo!
Cosa fanno i CM?
I Cm hanno l'onere e l'onore di votare le leggi, ma con quale criterio devono votare SI o NO?
Io voterò sempre secono coscienza, voterò si quando avrò elementi a supporto della legge e NO quando avrò elementi contrari alla legge, qualunque legge sia, senza vincoli di MU e senza vincoli di simpatie ed antipatie come ho detto in campagna elettorale e che spero sia stato il motivo principe dei vostri voti!
Bene, fin ora abbiamo votato per depositare DS nei territori conquistati, e ritenendo fosse utile, anzi necessario, depositarli, quindi ho votato SI senza esitazione alcuna.
Poi però hanno chiesto di donare 1100 ITL al governo, non avendo elementi per decidere se votare si o no ho chiesto al nostro CP Fichetto che congiuntamente ai suoi vCP mi ha detto che è un segreto di stato, e che non possono rivelare queste informazioni, cosa giusta se fossi un cittadino, ma io sono un CM e devo decidere se è necessario o meno donare questi ITL, devo votare, il fatto che sia "prassi" votare SI, non significa nulla!!!
Che senso ha fare il CM se poi basta solo dire SI quando il governo dice SI e NO quando il governo dice NO?
Ho cercato di spiegare che essendo stato eletto io come tutti i CM siamo "espressione della volontà popolare" come il CP e quindi abbiamo la fiducia del popolo, certo non di tutto, ma lo stesso CP non è eletto da TUTTO il popolo ciò nonostante governa l'e- Italia.
Ora se mi avete votato per dire SI o NO a seconda di come ordina il governo, smettete di farlo, se invece mi avete votato perche pensate che io sia in grado di prendere delle decisioni, continuate a farlo.
Inutile dire che al momento sto contattando tutti i CM alcuni concordano con me ed altri invece appoggiano la teoria del "i CM sono inutili votano si e no come dice il governo". Il mio obiettivo che dichiaro pubblicamente è di far capire al governo che i CM da oggi e per tutto il mese controlleranno il suo operato e lo sosterranno quando agirà bene e contrasteranno quando agirà male ma per farlo devono avere le informazioni necessarie, fino ad allora voterò NO ad ogni donazione di ITL e GOLD ed invito tutti i CM a fare lo stesso.
Resto in attesa dei dati dal nostro CP che ovviamente non potranno in alcun modo essere pubblicati ma resteranno solo tra i CM.
Ovviamente le altre leggi verranno comunque votate secondo coscienza.
Spero di avere il sostegno di almeno coloro i quali mi hanno sostenuto! votate e se vi va abbonatevi, cosi piu gente possibile legge l'articolo.

Dopo la riunione di ieri sera, a cui ha partecipato il CP e diversi CM, è stato deciso di fare un refendum.
Il testo non è al momento disponibile ma per sommi capi proponiamo che "appena eletti i CM eleggeranno a loro volta un rappresentante del consiglio, interno al consiglio stesso, il quale avrà libero accesso a tutte le informazioni ovvero ITL, gold e prodotti stoccati oltre che all'ovvia produzione giornaliera. Questa persona avrà l'obbligo di non divulgare i dati ne ai cittadini ne agli altri CM". In questo modo il consiglio dei CM avrà un minimo di controllo sull'operato del governo.
Questa è una decisione che ovviamente non mi soddisfa in toto, ma ritengo sia un ottimo punto di partenza.
Il conisglio inizia ad avere un po' di importanza e di controllo in ambito economico.
Il Referendum dovrebbe svolgersi domenica, verrete informati adeguatamente.

Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
