Sigurado akong busy ang lahat sa kasalukuyang battles natin pero hindi ito dahilan para tumigil sa pagtatrabaho ang gobyerno at ang inyong lingkod. Gusto ko lang pasalamatan lahat ng mga Pilipinong walang kapaguran na lumalaban para protektahan ang ating teritoryo.
Kung ako ang tatanungin, sa tingin ko'y maraming benefits ang nagagawa ng wars and battles para sa atin, lalo na sa mga newbies at mga may business. Iyon nga lang, kapag natalo tayo sa isang battle, kasamang nawawala dito 'yung mga companies natin. Kapag nawawala ang mga companies na ito, naaapketuhan din ang supplies at productivity ng bansa. Upang masolusyonan ito, gusto kong magpropose ng isang economic self-reliance program na sana aprubahan ng ating Kongreso.
May apat goals ang programang ito:
1. Maging independent at economically self-sufficient ang Pilipinas
2. Maiwasan ang shortage ng supplies sa merkado (o market shocks) sa tuwing mawawalan tayo ng high resource region
2. Pagpapanatili ng malusog at umuusbong na productivity ng Pilipinas
3. Mapatatag ang pundasyon ng ekonomiya ng ating core regions
Papaano ang implementasyon ng programang ito?
1. Lending program ang PESPP
2. Sa unang phase ng implementasyon nito, magtatalaga ng 200Gold ang gobyerno para sa loans (5 grants). Kapag matagumpay ito, muling magpopondo ang gobyerno ng panibagong batch ng mga bibigyan ng loans.
3. Ang mga kumpanyang popondohan ng gobyero ay ibabase sa mga core regions ng Pilipinas
4. May mga raw materials at products tayong ipa-prioritize: Iron, Weapon, Diamond at Gift
5. 40Gold ang ibibigay sa kada-citizen na papayagang magkaroon ng loan
6. Isang Q2 company ang kailangang itayo ng maaprubahang citizen
7. Bibigyan ng 30-60 days ang citizen para mabayaran ang loan. Still negotiable.
8. May set of qualifications kung sino ang mabibigyan ng loan
9. Imo-monitor ko ang progress ng company. Oo, ako mismo. Haha. Gagawa ako ng spreadsheet ng grants to oversee the companies.
10. Mag-iisip tayo ng incentive program sa grantee na makakapag-paunlad ng kanyang kumpanya.
Sa ngayon, heto ang mga set of requirements na naisip ko para sa mga gustong mag-apply sa lending program na ito:
1. Not a rebel supporter
2. A Filipino citizen for 1 month (or 2 months? What do you think Congressmen?)
3. Must be Level 13 or above
4. Minimum Economic Skill of 5
5. Doesn't matter if he already owns a company
6. Provision of a screencap of all his present assets (money, companies, MUs, party etc.)
Sa mga nagbabalak mag-scam, 'wag n'yo nang ituloy. Nakausap ko na ang game mods. Heto ang sabi nila in summary:

3. In the event the player donated the money to another account, the game mods say they "can try help with other account donations as well" and the other account will also be fined. And based on e-Sim rules, if you can't pay the fine in due time, you will also be banned.

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
