美国中央情报局前雇员爱德华•斯诺登在今年6月抖出了美国政府的“棱镜”计划。通过这个计划，美国政府秘密搜集与分析民众的通话、照片、电子邮件、文档等诸多个人数据。监控的范围不仅包括与境外联系的美国公民，甚至包括了欧洲与亚洲地区的用户。
一些业内人士认为，从“棱镜”计划来看，美国情报部门之所以方便获取数据，根本在于美国企业生产的服务器、数据库、路由器等软件和设备在全球范围内的广泛使用。
“棱镜”计划的曝光让信息监视的问题公开化，在这样的情况之下，如何保证信息安全已经成为企业和政府必须考虑的问题。
国产化呼声再起
“一个可行的方案就是采用国产软件和设备。” 一位国产软件的高管对新浪科技表示，只有使用国内企业研发的应用软件、服务器以及数据库等产品才能做到自主可控，保证信息安全性。
这种方案主要是指加大国产软件和设备在金融、国企、政府等领域的使用比例，简单而言就是“国产化”。这并不是新话题，国内很多专家和企业实际上一直都在呼吁国家出台相关政策扶持国内企业。
中国工程院院士倪光南就一直呼吁政府加强信息安全防护。他日前接受媒体采访时表示，“联想微机的核心技术，包括CPU和操作系统等等都是美国的，即使是这样，美国政府还不放心。相比之下，我国信息系统软硬件的核心技术几乎都是外国的，怎么反而可以高枕无忧呢？”
他颇为担忧地指出，“现在我国有些地方的政府部门在国产软件基本可用的情况下却大量采购外国软件，说明他们十分缺乏安全意识，缺乏法制观念。社会上各界对于基础软件被跨国公司垄断的安全隐患缺乏认识。”
用友软件董事长王文京此前也一直呼吁“国产化“。他曾多次在两会提案中指出，从国家政治和经济安全考虑，政府部门和国有企业的信息系统建设和服务更应该采用国产软件。
据业内人士透露，在棱镜计划曝光之后，部分国有企业和政府机构已经开始在一些涉及核心信息业务上的基础设施方面替换国外产品。
产品可替代性成为障碍
“棱镜”计划的曝光让信息安全的问题摆在了台面上，这给了国产厂商一个“天赐”的发展契机，但是产品的落后可能又在一定程度上阻碍着他们承担替换着的角色。
一位国产数据库厂商的高管告诉新浪科技，“棱镜”计划的曝光对于国产厂商而言是个好的契机，让政府和企业都注意到了信息安全的重要性，但是国产厂商能否乘势在市场上有所斩获则面临着很大挑战。
这种挑战实际上直指国产厂商在基础信息领域一直以来的痛点：产品落后，仍然难以完全替代国外厂商的软件或者设备。上述高管就承认，至少国产数据库软件与国外厂商的相比就存在着很大差距。
一位要求匿名的国内管理软件公司的高管对新浪科技表示，虽然国产管理软件已经能够满足大部分企业90%的需求，但是很多企业在实际选择中却仍然会偏向于国外厂商。这导致国内厂商获取市场机会较难，也很难得到大型企业的青睐。“产品没有竞争力，又很难在市场上有所作为，因此形成了恶性循环。”
不过，对于国产软件而言，一个好的转变是，很多企业对于他们的态度已经开始发生转变：从以前的排斥，到现在开始逐渐接受。“现在很多企业开始给国产软件一定的机会，如果能够通过他们的测试，通常他们会选择使用国产软件。但是这个测试的周期一般而言，会比较长。”前述某数据库厂商的高管表示。
虽然看好“棱镜”计划曝光对于国产化的促进，但这位数据库软件行业 的高管表示，并不希望“棱镜”计划成为国产厂商一次性的“事件营销”。
上述高管认为，“事件营销”只能促进国产软件和设备的短期销售，政府和企业应该真正意识到信息安全的重要性。“美国政府为什么坚持不用华为的设备？我们的政府实际上也要考虑其中的深层因素。”
中国软件网总编辑、海比研究总裁曹开彬表示，棱镜计划的暴露，对于国内信息化的建设具有重要的安全警示作用。在国家安全面前，企业信息化中对国外产品的选择应该变得更加慎重。

In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
