In the last DoI Guide, we outlined the basics of fighting and wellness management. Today's guide will cover a few things that I couldn't fit into the last article: Military Units and some general fighting advice.

Military Units
If you're over level 6, you have the ability to join a military unit. Going to the Military Unit Stats, then choosing USA , you will see all the units you are able to join with your current citizenship. Be sure to read the requirements for the unit you want to apply to before clicking "Apply".
Here’s the link

Each MU, when created, has only 10 member spots. To expand and add additional spots requires a certain amount of gold. The higher rank a MU is, the more expensive the cost to add a spot is. Some MUs will have, as one of their requirements, the cost needed to add a spot, so if you want to join a higher ranked MU, be prepared to pay a lot, but some are free so you should take advantage of that.

What do the different MU ranks mean?
Each MU can set daily orders for its members to follow. When a member follows the daily order, they get a bonus to their damage, and this bonus increases if the MU is a higher rank.

MU Rank:
Bonus damage:

Novice
5%

Regular
10%

Veteran
15%

Elite
20%

Where can I see the daily order?
Once the daily order has been set by the MU leaders (and it can only be changed after the current orders battle has finished), you'll be able to see it on the upper-right hand corner of your main page. You can also see it on the unit's page.

On the unit's page, you can also see the unit's rank, current and max amount of members, the MU leader, their companies and the job offers open in them, the link to apply to join, the MU description, and the current members of the MU.

Should I join a MU?
There are a few things you should think about when deciding whether or not to join a MU, or what MU you should join.

-Entry fee (If there is one)
If you can't afford it, try PMing the leader. They might be willing to let you set up a loan to pay the fee over time.

-Working for the MUs companies/Communing
Not all MUs will do this, but some will have communes set up where you work for them for a minimum wage in exchange for receiving food and weapons (maybe some gifts too) supplies.

So it's a tradeoff. You can get the damage bonus, and rank yourself up faster, but there are some costs attached.

Fighting Advice
Here's some general advice to fight as efficiently as possible:

- Train before you fight each day. As I mentioned in the last article, training increases your damage.
- Buy the highest quality food you can. Make sure that you have 10 pieces of food total, of whatever qualities, before you fight.
- Use all your food fights each day (this means fighting enough to use up all 10 of your food).
- When in a battle, if the side you are fighting for has more than 60%, do not fight right now. Save your fights until later if you can.
- Use the damage bonuses as much as you can. In addition to the bonus from weapons (described in the last guide) and the bonus from fighting in your MU's orders battle (described above), there are three other bonuses which you can use:
1) Fighting for a country that has a defense system gives a bonus to your damage (from 5% to 25%, depending on the quality level of the defense system).
2) Fighting as a defender in the battle while being located in the region being attacked gives 20% bonus.
3) Fighting as an attacker while being located in a region next to the one being attacked gives 20% bonus.
-Fight at T-2 to catch enemy off guard
-Don’t dump damage unless this will be your last login of the day before day change
-Don’t buff/use special items especially if it is not a high priority battles
-Read DoD: Orders of the Day before hitting

About the game:

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.

In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

Become an influential politician.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.

The international war.

The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).

At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.

E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
