Its been running for two weeks since the first game of ePCSO was opened here at ePhilippines. The JUAN LOTTERY opened by
eJAY has received positive feedback both from national and international. In fact, estoy sponsored additional prize at stake for the luckiest winner of the game. Now ePCSO would like to propose and open a new Game for ePinoy.
Rules in order to Join :
1. You must be a certified ePinoy player, willing to bet your luck on Lottery
2. You must acknowledge that we are not responsible for any loss or wasted Tickets due to lack of following the rules
3. You must be willing to wait until the opening of the draw before betting your number
Game Mechanics :
1. Once a Week (every Wednesday) A Battle Game will be selected for which the 2 digit combination will be based. Early Morning of Wednesday the organizer will check existing battle game for ePhilippines (either ally battle or country battle or RW).
Example: As check Philippines vs Malaysia has an existing Battle Game.
2. After selecting the battle game, a specific Round will then be chosen on which the 2 digit combination will be generated.
Example: Organizer choose Round 9
3. Once Battle Game and the round is determine, an article will then be released to officially open the game (keep yourself posted Subscribed and Vote). The Game period is only with-in the day. Betting will end on the ending of the round before the chosen Round for draw. Base on the example, sending of your bets will only be acceptable until the end of round 8.
4. Procedure of sending of bet. Each 2digit combination is worth 2PHP .
Send your bet here with the following information you must write on the reason box as shown below. You can send as many ticket as you want, just make sure your on the budget.
5. After the round end, we will then check the battle records. As shown below, two important information will be collected. First is the country winner and next is the Recent Defender/Attacker Score Damage. The 2 digit number will then be generated thru the formula below.
First Digit (Tens digit) = Ending digit of the Score Damage of the Winner Side
Second Digit (Ones digit) = Ending digit of the Score Damage of the Loser Side
Base on the example, the winning combination is 50. The winner will be announce thru an article with-in the day (keep posted Subscribed and Vote).
Prize
1. POT: this is where all your money is going to be placed. The winner will receive 50% of the PRIZE POT while the 40% will be given to the Government | 10% will be for the Organizer |
2. incase there will be 2 or more Winners , the prize pot of 50% will be divided with accord to the number of the winning tickets.
3. INCASE no winners will be accounted for the week ,the POT will be transferred for the next weeks' POT.
4. EVENT where there are no winners for two consecutive WEEKS, the POT will be used to buy Q5 house | random Company | Random Equips | random Supplies | that would be raffled with the follows the same procedure of the lottery that will also be part of the Prize for the following week.

Mga Panuntunan Para Makasali :

Mekaniks ng Laro :
1. Isang beses kada Linggo (ito ay tuwing Miyerkules) isang Battle Game ang pipiliin para dun ibasi ang mananalong 2 digit kombinasyon. Umaga ng Miyerkules ang organizer ay magsusuri ng kasalukuyang labanan para sa ePhilippines (alinman kapanalig na labanan o labanan ng bansa o RW).
Halimbawa: Tulad ng labanan ng Pilipinas vs Malaysia.
2. Pagkatapos piliin ang Battle Game, isang tukoy na Round ang pipiliin sa kung saan ang 2 digit na kumbinasyon ang mabubuo.
Halimbawa: Ang organizer ay pumili ng Round 9

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself.
