Moi, Lapin de France, je reprend l'écriture de « The Story of Rabbit » pour l'élection du Président de la France en Octobre ! Je me présente à ce poste car je pense pouvoir apporter un vent de fraicheur à ce pays. Ma candidature va être l’occasion pour moi de me présenter, de présenter mes objectifs ainsi que mon équipe gouvernementale.
Qui est ce Lapin ?
J'ai débarqué sur e-sim début juillet, un peu par accident. J'ai été de suite pris en charge par 
Pierrhus au Ministère de la Solidarité. Quelques jours plus tard, j'ai rejoins le Service Militaire Français puis 
cc92140 m'a confié la direction du Service Militaire bis (nous étions en période de très fort babyboum).
Pour son troisième mandat, cc92140 m'a proposé d'intégrer le Ministère de la Solidarité où j'ai fais mes armes de ministres. Ce mois d'août fût aussi l'occasion pour moi de devenir Président de l'Alternative Républicaine qui m'a énormément aidé lors de mon arrivée dans e-sim et encore maintenant pour lui rendre un peu 
En Septembre, 
Candela m'a proposé le poste de Ministre de la Communication tout en restant au Ministère de la Solidarité. Ce mois-ci a été un peu plus "physique", et cela m'a permis de découvrir tous les postes du Gouvernement au cours de quelques remplacements ponctuelles tout en relançant l'armée française sous une nouvelle forme. Puis depuis une semaine, je suis devenu Vice-Président de Candela . Je pense être à présent prêt pour assurer cette charge.
Entre temps, j'écris aussi des articles dans mon journal, The Story of Rabbit, j'ai pu réussir à obtenir la MM en Septembre !
Pourquoi maintenant ?
J'ai le temps, maintenant l'expérience et à jour sur tous les dossiers. Mon envie de me présenter n'est arrivée depuis un peu moins de deux semaines quand je me suis aperçu que je pouvais remplacer Candela sur de "gros dossiers". Je pense être en mesure d'apporter un plus dans la communication avec le Congrès et les autres joueurs.
Pour le mois d'octobre, je souhaite axer mon éventuel mandat sur plusieurs axes que je vais vous définir par la suite.
Le premier point concerne la communication du Gouvernement. Je m'engage à faire un Bulletin Officiel par semaine plus des hors séries sur des évènements majeurs. De plus, nous relancerons l'opération "Presse Q5" qui a disparu ce mois-ci. Le dialogue avec le Congrès est également important, nous serons là pour dialoguer au maximum avec eux et nous donnerons à leur Président un accès au forum et au chan du Gouvernement.
Le second point concerne le Ministère de l’économie. Le mot d'ordre sera la transparence, nous créerons un excel sur google document qui sera mis à jour afin de vous permettre de suivre l'évolution des ressources financières de l’état. Nous allons tenter d'optimiser l'utilisation des entreprises étatiques car nous ne produisons pas assez pour le SAM.... Le Gouvernement organisera un débat au Congrès sur le SAM pour son amélioration, nous travaillerons aussi sur une optimisation de sa distribution (car c'est long et chiant 
) avec une petite idée d'un joueur.
Le troisième point concerne les Affaires Étrangères, nous signerons des MPPs avec nos alliés les plus fidèles. Nous avons besoin de nous rapprocher de solutions potentiels en cas d'échec de DoW. Et la meilleure solution est toujours celle de rester le plus proche de ces meilleurs amis.
Un autre point important est celui de l'armée, nous devons poursuivre cette réforme du mois de Septembre. Cela est important pour notre pays.
Au cours de ce mandat, j'aimerai organisé des évènements pour la communauté. Les deux évènements seront une élection Miss France Octobre 2013 et un tournoi de haxball qui seront ouvert à tous. J'espère que cela donnera l’occasion de resserrer les liens entre joueurs et d'en intéresser des nouveaux.
Mon équipe est très hétérogène au niveau de l’expérience, l'objectif est de garder une activité gouvernementale très élevée pour répondre aux exigences.

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
