I was thinking, there are a lot of options in this game and a lot of different things to do. However, if you are like me then you hate that there is only so much you can do and you have about 23.5 hours left a day after you enhance equipment, do auctions, work on sales for stock company, try to post an article or shout for your military unit or selling shares, posting jobs and firing people at your companies.
I was thinking of the ability for a stock company to own a military unit to fund the military unit. Allow the units and companies to have build outs to have different benefits i.e. r&d (research and development) functions. Ability to hire on Marketing Computer Players or AI that boosts in marketing sales bonus money or pushes your product out better. Allow military units to research defense or attacking systems to do bonus damage if you are on the offensive or defense side of a battle. Ability to upgrade company's (not stuck but companies in general) lets say you have an iron company you can research better digging techniques and that would allow you to have a higher yield per worker.
Also add skills that the users can work, i.e. strength can also be worked or grown from working in mines or working in the fields. Agility/dexterity can add attributes like chance of missing target lowering, chance of taking damage lowering. There should be other aspects of growth in this game. Also, to avoid users from become god like limit the points one can gain or limit the number of attributes a player can grow.
Another idea with the military units - the military unit commander can choose to become a mercenary unit. Meaning other countries or other military units can hire the mercenary to fight on their side in battles. The military unit can have a set charge per million damage caused for their side as a back end for the military unit to make money. Military units can also set a weekly fee or a cost to be a part of the unit to help with the growth and R&D of the unit.
Stock Company owned military units would have the same idea accept the members of the unit may be required to work in the stock companies 'companies' in order to be a part of the unit.
Also, add the ability to set up a split or profit sharing for the military units if they are mercenary. For example if a military unit charges 10g per 1mil damage and has 50 members that participate and 25mil in damage is done. Then lets say the military unit commander sets to a 30% profit sharing to all members. So 75g of the 250g would be split between the members so roughly 1.5g per member that dealt at least 1 mil in damage. ( i know these numbers are less then they can be but it is just a quick reference.)
I think in order for this game to have a bigger following and for more people to stick around passed the learning phase of the game. There should be other ways to play the game, other things in the game someone can do in order to want to keep playing. I play a lot of games and have for many years. The problem with long breaks or waiting a long period in between playing is people will forget about the game when they find one that takes their attention.
There is so many different things that can be done with this game to make it so much better and i think this is just a few things that could have an impact right away.
I mean seriously even allowing players to make their player go to the gym or go to a class to study or allow them to work more then 1 time a day. Give many options to do in a full day so that we want to check in more then 1-2 times a day to do the daily allotment and to check for messages or if anything sold will really keep people on the server and on the game. If this is suppose to be a full out simulation game for the world then allow it to really simulate everything in the world. We dont work 1 hour a day for an hourly wage in a 24 hour period. There isnt just 1 battle a day or 1 aspect of working out and getting stronger you can do. If someone wants to grow their characters ability to do better at work then let them study and increase their intellect. If someone wants to hit harder in war let them go to the gym, let them gain attributes form a labor type job.
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth.
Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit
different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be
efficiently
managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation.
Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the
game.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules.
First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you
will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress
as a fighter.
You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which
are owned by the state.
After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your
own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock
company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics
in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes.
From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability
to run for the head of the party you're in.
You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws
proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself.
Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you.
You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential
elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state
(for example, who to declare war on).
Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have
a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military.
In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control
over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials.
For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have
to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on
their territory.
You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life
as a pacifist
who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling
products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
