The BIGGEST stock company in the Philippines.
Now the company faces a problem. The CEO
hadjigs has been banned permanently due to multiple accounts. The company said to be raised to its current status due to other stock holders from his multiple accounts leaving real investors into grim. Together with this come the issue of money lost to it's stock holders.
WHAT HAPPEN NEXT?
According to stock in Wiki. The CEO has the power to request removal of banned players from the game. I guess this will be a special case since the CEO is the one banned.
Shareholders' laws
Shareholders panel gives 2 options. First is the sack proposal which costs 1.00 g and gives the shareholders the option to vote if they want the current CEO to stay or not. It’s a kind of “impeachment”. It takes at least 50% of the votes to be for to sack a CEO. Second option is Propose CEO in case the seat is open. It’s like Propose Elect President for congress.
I'm not a share holder so I don't know the menu but with this in mind you guys may sack the CEO and replace him with a new one. Probably you should have a knowledgeable person hold the company and have the positions in the company open to different people.
Suggestion
I am suggesting that the government take the company for a while. It means that the president or a congressman take the CEO post since they are more reliable compared to some random person.
WHAT IF THIS DOESN'T WORK
The other thing that I have in mind is that the stock holder should appeal to the administrators to have an special election for the position of CEO. Also they should waive the shares of banned stock holder into company funds.
BOTTOMLINE
Ayala Corp is the star of hope for the Philippine Stock Market. The CEOs of stock companies should be more responsible since they are using the money of stock holders. They should act according to the game's policies. For the next CEO not just for Ayala but for future Stock Companies, please let this be a lesson.
As for stock holders let this also be a lesson of where you trust your money. It's very exciting to invest in big company specially if you know you're money will surely grow but keep in mind that these are also individuals who play the game. Don't lose your faith on stock companies, they help the government and the economy you just need to decide whether or not the companies are worthy of your hard earned gold.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
