After a few discussions and some careful planning, the governments of the Benelux and Ireland have decided to fuse their militairy and coordination. This joint command will go under the name of NIBCOM (Netherlands-Ireland-Belgium command ; a loose referance to ABDACOM ).
The goal of this joint coordination is to have the available number of citizens for a coordination HQ to fully function. With these 2 nations cooperating, the strike-channels will be more active and there will be more capable commanders available to support this coordination and to watch over our battles and territories.
This militairy fusion will make both our nations stronger. As we now both have a larger direct army defending our regions, we will be significantly stronger in wars and it will decrease the interest of other powers to invade one of us.
The structure of the Command The command will be lead by 3 commanders. These commanders will alter orders and will have the authority to command every state MU inside of NIBCOM and to make official suggestions to private ones.

Every change of rules/powers/structure within the command will only be accepted when both the Benelux and Ireland agree, there is no majority vote.
There will yet come a discussion about possible state "supplies", and how and to who these could be distributed. NIBCOM will be launched first as an "experiment". We will look at how it works, and modify the structure if needed.
The strike-channel of NIBCOM will be #holland-strikes All citizens from Ireland and the Benelux (Belgium and the Netherlands) are invited to join. The more people frequently check the strike-chan before hitting in a battle, the stronger we'll be and the more we can do as a Command.

NIBCOM, an alliance? NIBCOM is not an alliance, it's a pact. Just as in the real world, most nations are part of a series of international instantions and agreements like the EU, NATO, the UN etc. . This pact does not interfere with the militairy alliances.
The Benelux for example is part of MP. This means that they have an obligation towards them. Ireland however, is not part of MP, and has such not got any obligation towards them. Effectively, this will mean that the Irish and Benelux MU's will not always follow the exact same orders. Differend orders can be given to specific MU's. NIBCOM only makes sure that it watches and coordinates all of these battles.
This is a militairy union, not a political/diplomatic one. With the entrance to NIBCOM Ireland has not become pro-MP, but will remain neutral (the diplomatic status of Ireland is an intern discussion, and is not related to NIBCOM). However, to be able to function as a militairy union, we will have to try to tune our foreign affairs a little bit towards each other. It would be inefficiant and destructive would we both be part of opposing alliances.
Earlier signed treaties are still in charge and are still binding. The Benelux, as part of MP, has agreed with the terms of the alliance. Which means to defend each others cores. This pact does not avoid that rule.
NIBCOM is created so that we, as little nations, can make a difference. So that we can coordinate battles in the same way as larger nations can. Seperately, we're not that large. But combined we are a force to recognize, a force to fear!

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth.
Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit
different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be
efficiently
managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation.
Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the
game.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules.
First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you
will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress
as a fighter.
You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which
are owned by the state.
After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your
own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock
company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics
in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes.
From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability
to run for the head of the party you're in.
You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws
proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself.
Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you.
You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential
elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state
(for example, who to declare war on).
Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have
a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military.
In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control
over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials.
For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have
to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on
their territory.
You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life
as a pacifist
who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling
products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game.
