I will not speak about miss chance. You must be at 0 miss chance or near 0. I will not speak about avoid or critical. It's very different and it's not calculable.
Je ne parlerais pas des chances de rater sa cible. Vous devez être à 0 ou proche de 0 ! Je ne parlerais pas non plus des chance d'avoid et critical. Ce n'est pas vraiment calculable et ça n'a pas d'impact sur vos dégats.

First Example : A beginner with 1000 STR and a Command Sergeant Major rank

No Max Damage for Base Hit because it's always same data. Max damage doesn't increase your base hit.
STR is the worst. HIT is not so bad and Increase Damage is the best (in base and in base max).
Je n'ai pas affiché les dommages de base pour "Max Damage" car ce serait toujours la même donnée vu que cela n'augmente que le max damage de base.
On remarque que c'est la STR la moins intéressante, HIT s'en sort pas trop mal et talonne Increase Hit qui est quand meme le meilleur en base et base max.
Second example : Player who earned first medal (SS or HWM)[, 30 days, with 1500 STR and First Lieutenant rank (1000000) Joueur qui a gagné sa première médaille (super soldier ou travail) avec 1500 de force et un rang de First Lieutenant
STR is always the worst equipment ! HIT is less efficient now. Increase damage is clearely better. The prob with "Max Damage" is his low base damage.
La STR est toujours le moins bon équipement. HIT se fait distancer par Increase Damage. Le problème avec Max Damage reste son niveau de Base Damage vraiment faible.
Third Example :Player with 2000 STR and Lieutenant Colonel rank (12,500,000)
Joueur avec 2000 de force et un rang de Lieutenant Colonel.
I added Max Damage on BASE HIT but you can see that is useless. Same as previous player : STR worst, Increase Damage best. The gap is narrowing between STR and HIT.
J'ai rajouté la ligne des Max Damage pour qu'on se rende bien compte que c'est stable et bas. Sinon comme avant STR est toujours le moins bon et Increase Damage, le meilleur. Mais la différence entre STR et HIT se réduit.

Increase Damage has 312 more Base HIT than Max Damage but Max Damage has 353 more Base Hit MAX. STR and HIT are quite same Base HIT.
Increase damage permet d'avoir 312 damage de base qu'avec un max damage mais avec Max Damage, on a 353 de damage max en plus. Désormais STR et HIT sont au coude à coude.
You can choose between sure damage (increase damage) or luck (Max Damage).
Vous pouvez donc choisir entre des dommages surs (increase damage) ou miser un peu plus sur la chance avec les Max Damage qui vous offrent une chance de faire plus de dommage.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules.
First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you
will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress
as a fighter.
You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which
are owned by the state.
After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your
own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock
company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics
in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes.
From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability
to run for the head of the party you're in.
You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws
proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself.
Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you.
You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential
elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state
(for example, who to declare war on).
Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have
a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military.
In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control
over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials.
For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have
to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on
their territory.
You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life
as a pacifist
who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling
products).
