Salve, popolo italico
vi parlo oggi da Leader del partito con l'intento di rinnovare l'interesse dei cittadini nei confronti del sistema dei partiti in generale, e dell' FNI in particolare. Questo mese avrei voluto scrivere tanto ma, forse sono stato troppo avventato, ho accettato l'incarico di guidare il partito nonostante Venerdì 21 (il Day 655) diventerò totalmente inattivo e tornerò ben dopo la fine del mandato.
Prendo coscienza del fatto che ho poco tempo e tante cose da dire, pertanto condenserò l'intero operato del mio mandato in questo articolo.
Il primo obiettivo sarà cambiare mentalità, cambiare la nostra concezione del partito, accorgersi che non si tratta solo di un trampolino di lancio per le congressuali, bensì di un insieme di persone dove imparare, insegnare e crescere sotto i tutti i punti di vista. Invito tutti, in particolare i membri ma anche gli esterni, a partecipare attivamente in CHAT nell'apposito canale #FNI.
Voglio vedere gente con voglia di fare, con idee e proposte, che costituiscono la vera linfa del gioco, voglio vedere gente che prende coscienza del proprio potenziale e che si proponga di provare nuove esperienze di party leader, CM, o CP (abbiamo visto recentemente ottimi esempi) o semplicemente un importante ruolo nell'organizzare qualche attività, raccogliere altri giocatori e chi più ne ha più ne metta...
Alcune interessanti proposte sono state avanzate riguardo a un rinnovamento del simbolo e alla stesura di una semplice "costituzione" di partito, ci saranno aggiornamenti più tardi riguardo a questo punto
.
Non riesco a capire come mai in Italia gran parte dei player abbia aderito a partiti "un po' a caso". Mi rivolgo in particolare ai membri di Italian Party , Fight Club , La Casta e-sim Party e gi altri partiti minori con descrizioni simili a:

Mi rivolgo quindi a questi player, invitandoli (questo è solo un mio consiglio personale, nulla di più
a dare un senso ai propri partiti, o a scegliere di impegnarsi in qualcosa di più serio. In merito a questo fatto non posso che stringere la mano a 
The_paper per la fondazione del Partito Comunista sItaliano , un'iniziativa che a mio parere ha aiutato fortemente ad ampliare lo scenario italiano, dando la possibilità a molti player di esprimere il proprio pensiero.
Negli ultimi due mesi i Party Leader dell'FNI hanno lasciato il partito in uno stato di totale abbandono, è impossibile negarlo. Un Leader, qui, ha il preciso compito di raggiungere obiettivi minimi come:
- scrivere articoli almeno riguardo alle congressuali
- organizzare i candidati, proporre a giovani volenterosi un inizio di carriera da CM...
- creare una continuità nella gestione del partito
- creare partecipazione
- almeno fare sentire la propria presenza!
Al fine di completare tutti i punti della lista vorrei iniziare la pratica di scegliere il leader che mi succederà: ognuno potrà proporre il proprio nome (con un commento all'articolo, un PM, o un messaggio in chat); chi si proporrà dovrà poi rispettari i punti riportati qui sopra; verranno preferiti i player secondo criteri personali, io suggerisco:
- player attivi
- preferibilmente giovani
- in caso di giovanissimi, si potrebbe affiancargli un "consigliere"
Questi criteri mirano a creare una generazione di giocatori con un minimo di esperienza in questioni politiche, con l'obiettivo di farli crescere e creare in futuro una classe politica autonoma. Ovviamente le regole non sono rigide, ognuno ha l'assoluta libertà di modificarle con ciò che risulti più consono

Ormai sappiamo tutti come funziona: candidatevi se vi ritenete attivi, capaci di ragionare con la propria testa, propositivi... Commentate l'articolo per ufficializzare la candidatura.
Cercherò in qualche modo di loggare nel gioco almeno il 24giugno per controllare che tutto proceda per il meglio

Il mio auspicio sarebbe che ogni membro del partito e non, commentasse per esprimere il proprio parere.

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
