Jiayfrène qui cay lui?
Bon même si les principaux concernés par cet article commencent je pense à me connaître un peu je vais refaire les présentations, je suis Jiefene IRL un jeune normand sans occupation suffisamment intéressante pour me détourner de ce sombre endroit appelé e-sim, IG je suis donc Jiefene (sans dec
) et je suis actuellement congressiste, actuel leader de l'Alternative Républicaine, MoFA et Bouche-trou du Congrès (dit PC pour les intimes).
Sinon info précieuse je préfère le ketchup à la mayonnaise.
Un mois de Présidence de l'AR, quel bilan ?
Donc je viens de vous dire que j'ai été ce mois-ci Président de l'Alternative Républicaine, mais finalemen qu'ai-je fait durant mon mandat ?
Bon alors déjà ce mois-ci au sein de l'AR nous avons mis en place par vote une taxe de 2.5G sur le salaire des congressistes élus dont 1G qui est allé au Trésor National, d'ailleurs de nombreux autres congressistes d'autres partis ont suivit notre exemple et ont également donné ce Gold symbolique.
Sinon je suis relativement content d'avoir démocratiser un peu le Parti en organisant une élection du Trésorier de l'AR qui a confirmé
Pierrhus dans ses fonctions et une Primaire pour les élections présidentielles qui a abouti au choix de 
cc92140 comme candidat officiel du Parti.
Sinon je suis également satisfait du regain d'affluence de notre chan irc #arep et de l'activité certes assez inconstante mais en progrès de notre forum (d'ailleurs je vous invite à y demander les accès si vous êtes membre du Parti
).
Pour parler de choses moins agréables j'ai pour ma part été un peu déçu par certains de mes échecs durant ce mandat, avec déjà l'organisation d'une seule réunion sur irc au lieu de trois promises, un nombre d'adhérents qui stagne tout comme le débat sur l'utilité de notre compte en banque enfin que de défis à relever pour le mois prochain ^^
Quels projets pour le mois prochain ?
Bon pas mal de choses à faire le mois globalement dans la continuité de mon mandat précédent avec comme objectif de faire ce que je n'ai pas eu le temps de réaliser encore mais aussi pas mal d'autres projets.
Concrètement voici ce que je souhaiterais faire le mois prochain:
- Terminer le débat sur l'utilisation de notre Gold, pourquoi pas pour organiser comme proposé des concours ou même mieux des concours de propagande
- Limiter d'une manière stricte le nombre de candidat au congrès à 10 en privilégiant les élus sortant ayant fait preuve d'une certaine activité et réactivité pour sanctionner les inactifs qui pèsent sur la vie de cette institution.
- Lancer une réflexion sur la façon de sélectionner les candidats au congrès (choix du PL ou primaire quoi)
- Réutiliser les même processus pour le choix ou non-choix du candidat du Parti aux présidentielles si il y à des prétendants.
- Organiser trois réunions sur IRC avant les élections du congrès, avant les élections présidentielles et vers la mi-mandat du congrès.
- Publier entre 4 et 6 articles concernant le Parti durant le mandat avec pour objectif d'augmenter le nombre de membres.
Bon voila un programme plutôt simple mais qui je pense reflète bien ce qui est nécessaire pour que notre Parti puisse continuer son développement.
Vous l'aurez compris, le 15 juin prochain votez Jiefene il vous offrira des BNs (oui je n'avais pas d'autres idées de rimes --')
De plus argument important, rappelez vous que si je ne suis pas élu en bon normand vous me condamnez à l'inactivité totale voir au suicide :3

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
