Good evening!

Today I want to try to address what I think is a problem for the economy of the game... the Black Market !



What is exactly the black market?

In e-Sim the black market is the process of buying and selling goods by donations and contracts bypassing the national markets (and of course VAT and import taxes ) or working for the minimal wage of 1 national currency and receiving the main part of salary in gold (thus avoiding the income taxes )

Even if, at a first glance, this may seem convenient for both parts, in the game economy it results in less power for the national governments in their economic policies, and, in the end to an advantage only for the big holders of materials and companies !



Do I have a solution for this problem?
In my opinion yes, and quite a simple one:
the admin should introduce a "percentage donation tax" and a contract tax. For example if you make a contract to trade 1000 iron for 5,6 gold (and the tax is 10%) one side pays 5.6 gold but receives only 900 iron, while the other give 1000 iron but receives only 5,04 gold. Where should all these tax go? The easiest solution could be to simply destroy them, creating another sink in the game economy and thus rivitalizing the entire system!
This of course is just my opinion, of couse comments and suggestions are welcome!

Oggi voglio cercare di affrontare quello che penso sia un problema per l'economia del gioco ... il mercato nero!

Che cosa è esattamente il mercato nero?
In e-Sim il mercato nero è il processo di acquisto e vendita di beni da donazioni e contratti bypassando i mercati nazionali (e, naturalmente, l'IVA e le tasse di importazione ) ma anche lavorare per il salario minimo di 1 moneta nazionale e ricevere la parte principale del stipendio in oro (evitando così le imposte sul reddito)
Anche se, a prima vista, questo potrebbe sembrare conveniente per entrambe le parti, per l'economia di gioco si traduce in meno energia per i governi nazionali nelle loro politiche economiche, e, alla fine, per un vantaggio solo per i grandi possessori di materiali e società!



Ho una soluzione per questo problema?
  A mio parere sì, e abbastanza semplice:
gli amministratori dovrebbero introdurre una tassa percentuale sulle donazioni e i contratti. Ad esempio, se si effettua un contratto per il commercio 1000 iron per 5,6 gold (e l'imposta è del 10%) una parte paga 5.6 gold , ma riceve solo 900 iron, mentre l'altra dfornisce 1.000 di ferro, ma riceve solo 5,04 gold.
Dove finirebbero tutte queste tasse? La soluzione più semplice potrebbe essere semplicemente di distruggerle, creando un altro sink nell'economia del gioco e rivitalizzando così l'intero sistema economico!

Questa naturalmente è solo la mia idea, commenti e suggerimenti saranno ben accetti!

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.


In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

Become an influential politician.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.


You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.

The international war.

The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).


At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.

E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
