Its that time again and only SVL News has what you want.An interview with the Candidates !
The elections are upon us soon and currently we have four Candidate's who have declared.And those will probably be the only ones,as we have some pretty good candidates to beat. So we have
Jude Connors who has been playing Esim for a while now,since day 20 actually.He ran for President but didnt make it but during our last Presidents term we had some set backs and he became the President.He has done well and shows great activity and care for America.
We also have
Fredrick Jackson who has been playing for a good time as well. He has been in Congress for 5 terms and also been in the Presidential cabinet.He is one of the front runners and quite popular with the people. Also campaigning is 
Shepherd Of Fire . He as well has been playing for some time and actually recently came back from an extended trip in Australia where he fought hard for the liberation of Australia. He has been in congress 4 terms and was President of Australia for 2 terms.He might be a hard one to beat.Lastly there is 
Jackofclubs .He is the newest of them all and has not had that much experience but i can sure tell you he is an active player and would do his best for America.

Now the Interview :
1 . What is your view on [the] United States' future ?
Jude Connors : I think the USA is in a position that will lend to a great future. Putting aside differences with G7 has worked out smart and has made America stronger. we will be liberating Canada from the evilness of tarsieg soon, and the removal of the Spanish occupation of Brazil will soon happen. We are proving to the world that the USA is a superpower and will only grow stronger in the future.
Fredrick Jackson : Our future depends entirely on our diplomacy and alliance. We have expanded our territories once again with Jude Connors at the helm. The path we currently trail down is one of moderate foreign aid and immediate domestic concern. Under my leadership, I will address our domestic concerns first and foremost, and reciprocate our allies in all aid given, and take the lead on those considered strategic to our long term prosperity.
Jackofclubs : The future looks bright, if we all get along like we do now i dont see us going anywhere but up.
Shepherd Of Fire : My views are growth and fun. We need to get back to where we used to be, we have lost sight of the fact that this is a game and we need to have more fun as a nation together. We also need to continue on growing economically and continue improving our relationship within G7 as well as our trusted allies outside of G7. It is time for USA to be considered a faithful and trustworthy ally.
2 . What is your personal opinion on the war with Canada?
Jude Connors : I am the one who pressed the button, so obv I am a proponent of Operation: Pounding Beaver. Truth be told, the Canadian fascist regime, lead by a secret government of tarsieg... has had multiple chances to work WITH the USA but instead chose to try to manipulate their way into an MPP with us and then planned to use the USA to get back regions that they wanted. They wanted us to turn our back on our friends and allies. they are a small nation that disrespects the rest of the world and hides behind nations like Sweden in hopes to stay alive.
This is a foolish way to conduct international affairs, and the Canadian people.... ummm... the Northern Americans living in what USED to be Canada... deserve better. Not to mention the fact that the Canadian "Liberator" Owen Hargreaves still owes money to our own American citizens for the assistance Americans payed in liberating Canada recently. Canada's government is small and is fail and the citizens will do better as Americans.
Fredrick Jackson : It was a war for a war. War time Presidents are always endeared to the public, and this is no exception. Everyone loves a winner, and we are the winners. CEC is a strategic asset to the United States, and there was no diplomatic reason stopping us from having it. I salute all USA leadership involved in the decision, and for Jude Connors's ability to secure foreign aid in our campaign.
Jackofclubs : Well it seems like we did what we had to do and i bet it will end soon, after all we overkill every round.
Shepherd Of Fire : I was all for it, I believe it needed to happen and if I am elected for president Canada will not be offered a peace treaty every other day. I believe we deserve CeC and deserve its income not some moose lovers.
3 . Do you see us remaining in G7 or spreading out?
Jude Connors : I see the USA not only remaining in G7, but strengthening its position in the alliance and the world stage. G7 has been great allies and have helped us with OPERATION: Pounding Beaver. In return, we have assist our allies as well. But we are also getting noticed by other nations, and I will work with any nation that does not try to get us to turn our backs on our alliance allies. The World is not a one sandbox place, there are quite a few sandboxes to play in... we just have our biggest sandbox with our G7 friends and allies.
Fredrick Jackson : We will remain in G7 under my leadership. I will keep this brief in interest of security.
Jackofclubs : I think we should remain in G7. we work best together nothing should change that.
Shepherd Of Fire : We will get deeper within G7... G7 is where we needed to be all along. Now we can focus on growing our empire...
4 . What makes your Presidential Cabinet worthy of their position (if you have chosen one)?
Jude Connors : I have assembled a Cabinet that is both knowledgeable and committed. You will see new people in roles that have traditionally been held by other players. In addition to my Cabinet, I will also have an Advisory Board that will assist in the day-to-day operations. Expect a full write-up in the coming days.
Fredrick Jackson : Chasely is an incredibly unselfish player who has run the Rangers MU for a long while now. He has shown his dedication in other areas outside of primera as well, leading me to believe he is a no-nonsense kind of man we want as Vice President of these United States. The rest of my cabinet will be announced shortly after my inauguration (if fate so chooses).
Jackofclubs : I have yet to choose one.
Shepherd Of Fire : The names speak for themselves, I will bring expierence mixed with some new blood that deserves training. Met3 would make a wonderful VP. Who could ask for a better DoT than Devoid?
5 . Why do you think you should be the next President?
Jude Connors : I think I have proven that I am more than capable to lead this great nation of ours. I was tossed into a bad situation by Pillow (now named Depeche) and not only fixed his... SHORTCOMINGS... but have strengthened our ties with our alliance and engaged in a war with Canada. Our activity is flourishing, our economy is strong, and nation is better. I ask you... and the rest of America... do YOU think I should be the next President?

Jackofclubs : I think ill make a great president because i will bring us together and put fire back in the hearts of all Americans
Shepherd Of Fire : Jude has done a wonderful job and has had great support and as mentioned in my own article I would gladly serve under him, but of course I am running because I do believe I would be the best fit for this country. I am very active on IRC and on the shout board, I bring excitement and push others around me to get involved. I am an in your face type of guy, some people love it and others loathe it. Either way out of my opponents, I have more expierence than they do combined being a CP. I have played this game active for months and never vanished, never went AWOL and never will. I am here for the long haul eUSA and I hope you want me to lead you!

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
