Hello everyone.

So i've been thinking about a system that i think would be nice to implement in e-sim. This is just a suggestion but i've given it some thought now and i would like to share it with the rest of you.

Basicly my idea is that when a region gets occupied by another country, is that from day 1-29 there would be no change.

Admin could implement the update under the guise of the fact that a resistance cell has formed for the 1st percentage boost, and that it has gotten more organised for any subsequent boosts.

From day 30-59 there would be a X% (Note that all numbers can be changed) damage boost for that particular region.

From day 60-89 there would be another X% (Note that all numbers can be changed) increase.

From day 90-119 there would be an additional X% (Note that all numbers can be changed) increase in dmg for that occupied region. We are talking about a 3 month occupation now so it should be fair to give the occupied country a boost.

From day 120-149 there would be an additional X% (Note that all numbers can be changed) increase, after 4 months of occupation of the same region.

Will come at the end

And so it would increase every 30 days untill the occupied region gets free. Note that this boost would be counted different for each occupied region so the occupier cant just deliberately loose a worthless region to get rid of the damage boost. This would also come to effect in the opposit direction after that particular region is freed.

For example, if a country has held a region for 6 months the damage boost would decrease in the same manner as it increased for every 30 days so that the occupier cant abuse this and free the region after 29 days and then ockupy it for another 29 and so on.

And if a country holds a region for lets say 60 days and then looses it, the counter would start to decrease again, so if the occupier then attacks again on lets say day 45, the counter would start ticking upwards from there if they ockupy it again.

This damage boost would also only apply to thoose with the correct CitizenShip so that it is the occupied country that would have to do most or all of the work to free themselves and to prevent others from just all gangbanging up to gain the dmg boost.

To me this doesnt sound unfair, to keep the game alive, no country should be occupied forever and this way countries could still ockupy regions but just making it abit more diffucult for them to hold them as time progresses. This would also prevent countries from owning most of the world like it is now.

I know many of you might have complaints about this and ask "what if a country wants to rent a region out, would this still apply?" The answer: Yes it would
Why? - Because you can still hold the region if you want to, you just have to work a little harder for it the longer you hold it, it would be the same for you as for your enemies so if they start RW's in your regions, you can start RW's in theirs.

If you have been occupied for lets say 1 whole year, it doesnt sound unfair to me to have a boost so you can be free for a few months or so.

Some flaws that i can imagine could be that some countries might not have any way to go when they want to attack because they are allies with some and some have temporarily boosts, well that is true but i think that if they really want to attack something they could change their ally or just attack the region with the boost, it will decrease over time so if they had it earlier, they will probably win it again eventually.

I dont know anything about coding or how much this would affect the server strain, this is just a suggestion that i think would suit this game.

Of course numbers could be changed and so, please look at the main idea.

[edited]: I initially had 15% dmg boost as an example but i now changed it to stop people from getting stuck on the actual numbers, its the idea i want to present, not the actual numbers.[/edit]

About the game:

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.

In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

Become an influential politician.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.

The international war.

The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).

At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.

E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
