Hello fellow citizens of E-sim!

Today I am releasing this article to give you some general information, and some other general things which will help to clear out certain questionmarks that you may or may not have.

To start off, the most recent news that has come to E-sim regarding the Staff is the new Laws .

These laws have been hanging around the forum and been active for quite some time, but as you probably know. They did not get fully implemented into the game until day 553.

I created this laws with the help from Ranflax which tried months ago to get these up running in the game. The good thing about this is that you can now access them easily by clicking "Laws" in the bottom of every e-sim page, and it grants you the oppertunity to more deeply read about how violations are handled, as well as more detailed about how they work.

Other things regarding the laws
So today I got a report from a citizen which said something along the line with:
This guy is getting paid only 1 gold for economy skill 7.3, that is slavery!

So let it be known from now on:
Having players work for a low wage (under the average salary for the concerned skill) in the country where the company is located, without any transaction in return equivalent to this salary.

That is the stated law, but we moderators handle it the following way:
Example: A citizen which has economy skill 7.3, will not be slaving if he receives 0.7 - 0.8 gold each day he has worked.

As long as the salary is almost equal or higher than his actual economy skill, it will not be considered to be slavery.

To help the moderators, to help you
The Staff team gets TONS of different kind of reports each and every day.
What we wish you to do to help us in our work to save a lot of time. Is to clearly write the actual reason when reporting another citizen for something. We get a lot of reports on citizens where people simply just have pressed the report button and then okay. That makes it A LOT harder to actually investigate what has been going on.
If you simply do what it asks of you instead:
You must provide us with a valid reason: links/evidence and use English language

It would help us a lot. That will spare us time which enables us to help more citizens, and your case will also go a lot quicker if you are the citizen in need of our help.

How to report a player.
First you go to the profile page of this player.
Beneath the avatar you will see a hyperlink which says: Report Multi
Click on that and type what the citizens is violating for kind of law. Then go through the following steps:

1. Always explain as detailed as possible.
2. Use English so that the Game Operator handling your case can read them and work on them.
3. If you can show links that are related to your report, please use them.
4. Don’t report every single player that is involved in a case. Report one of them and then add the links of the other ones.
5. Explain to us why you think the player violates the rules.
6. Don’t report citizens that have not made any violations. If you do this, you may be the one instead that get’s warned or punished.
7. Images can also be added in the reports if that will help our investigation.

We also have a lot of questions regarding abusive moderators which deletes content from citizens since they are not related to the game, I will therefore quote the following law:

Spam: The following may be considered as spam; any advertisement, repetition of a message, content that has no link whatsoever with the game, content that has no purpose to be published through a certain communication method (report or donation reason for example), asking for Votes/Subs (includes lotteries where vote/subs are required to join a certain lottery).

As you can see if any content has no relation what so ever with the game, it can be considered as spam.
We are pretty hard on this point, since after all. If you think if everyone posted links, possible ref links to other games or just articles with plain 9GAG memes that did not have anything to do with the game.
It would get too much for everyone to handle.

Therefore we do allow some forms of memes etc, but never ref links and such.

Remember this. The Staff team is based on 100% volunteers and everyone is human. Nothing more, nothing less. We spend our personal time helping citizens and trust me when I say, there are a lot of citizens which needs help every single day.

We do make mistakes just like any other human being, and therefore we have made ourselves available to you either on the Rizon IRC @ #e-sim.primera.support or any time through the in-game personal messages where you may appeal any actions done by a moderator.
You can press This Link to be redirected directly to the Support channel.

You can find a complete list of Primeras staff members Here.
And more detailed information about us Here.

I wrote this article mainly to inform you once again where you can access the laws, and as well that they have been updated. But also that you may come to us at any time if you need help.

I wish you all the best, and a happy easter!
Regards
Super Game Operator essex

About the game:

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.

In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

"E-Sim is one of the most unique browser games out there"

Become an influential politician.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.

The international war.

The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).

At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.

E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
