SO wtf is a stock company?
Stock Company requires 50g to be made, then according to CEO's will more money are added
so at start a SC worths 50g starting capital
if i add 20g inside it then value goes to 70g
if i add 1000 LTL then it becomes 50g + 50g (1000LTU are like 50g)
if i add 1 company then it is 50g + companies value ( e-sim has a default price to calculate value of companies at the 90% of value - Gold u need to create one
q1 company is calculated at 18g
q5 at 351 g (might be q5 food at non high area, with no bonus which actually sacks, but e-sim calculator counts it as 351g.. but it might be q5 gifts company in Samogita which u can find at 380-385g if u ever find, but still calculates at 351 g)
So all belongings the company has currency, companies, stock if we add their value in gold, we have Stock Company's value (better do that manually instead trust default e-sim calculator)
Then the SC has some number of shares, starting number is 50, but more can be issued, according to CEO's will, or to shareholders
Now we come to estimated value per share. What is that?
Its so simple, companies value divided to Number of shares
SC value is 100? and has 50 shares? then estimated value per share is 2 gold
SO simple (again better calculate alone companies value, so u know better Real Shares value)
So i want find some company to invest mine gold, hmm to find proper one needs a lot of effort
What u have to notice is :
Companies Value, Number of shares, Estimated value per share(isnt correct but usually its near real value, at first look)
Number of companies, and kind of companies (regions, quality, top regons? without bonus?)
Always ofc prefer SC that own companies only or mainly on high areas
Thas really basic, cause if companies are profitable, then with minimum effort (find workers, sell products) CEO can bring us profit
Also really basic is Nationality of stock company, It must have cs of some country with many residents, cause these will be the customers of our products..
These 2 were very important like the value that shares are offerd in market
if Shares Real Value is 2g, then i would suggest pay like 3g max to buy
If it is much higher then do it at your own risk
Especially SC's offering shares at really high value like 10g instead 2 are No Way for me (gona analyze below)
Why i say so?
Cause atm when i buy 1 share, i buy 1 percentage of stock company (which means 1 per centage of the sum of currency.companies,stocks, so if SC worths 100g when i buy 1 of total 100 shares i buy 1 gold.. then why shall i pay for it 3g? or 5 g? I dont
If i pay 1g then there is no way i loose my money (maybe they will be stuck in stock company for some period, until some1 buy that share, in worst at same price)
if i pay less than 1 g, then i have profit, i bought something that really worths 1g and paid 0.9g
Whatever ceo will do, unless he is really bad, value wont drop, and even if it will u will loose 0.05g from 1 g like
(but chances to find bad ceo is really low)
Ceo has to play legally like all of us do
So he do just basic stufs, find workers, sell products, that gives profit
He tries scam the money? Then that means ban
So there is no way loose money, unless CEO steals. But in that case MOD's ban ceo, and return properties (that option ceo that steals ir also really low)
So wtf?
If stock company has good nationalitty, good companies inside, an average CEo, and u dont have to pay much to buy the shares, then do it (much better than have your G stuck and sleep)
More likely u see shares price raise (meaning real shares price, i never count selling price)
That means your 1g became 1+ (thats good WoW profit)
Since some SC's share price raise, eventually more people want invest here (WoW now more people want buy sahres, so since more people want, more people they buy, the more the selling value increases which is still more than 1+ u had paid (every case higher than u had paid)
Also maybe u are lucky and u receive periodically some dividends (Always is good ceo to plan regular dividends, and always according to some plan, depending to profit of companies) (and not ofc just say randomly we give 500g -1000g dividend, when company earns less.. )
Only bad situation is CEo steal the money ( really low chances), but again MODs fix the problem in most cases
SO practically nothing to fear

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
