I was pitying Belgium... being under attack by the great Hungary. Hence, I was astonished when I saw this a little bit later in the day:
Ouch >.<... One of the biggest militairy failures in history... Hungary attacked Belgium.... and lost!
Before I'll take a look at the battle, I'll start with introducing the countries.
Lets start with Hungary:
Population: 438
controlled regions: 9 (before this battle started)
Strength 561,527
Productivity 90,574
Hungary is the sixth country counted by strength. Combined I think this is all very impressive!
Now lets take a look at Belgium... their "feared" opponent:
Population: 57
controlled regions: 6 (yes still 6, cuz they won
)
Strength 63,731
Productivity 1409
Belgium, well in strength... they too are "6th", in the way of that there are only 6 countries in all of e-sim with less strength :/
What triggered the war?
Obviously Hungary was desperately in need of Belgiums 1409 productivity. This would increase their production rate with an astonishing 1.4 percent.
Just as a suggestion, but... It may have been cheaper to just open a Q3 company somewhere in Hungary
Hungary, as part of G7 was of course very desperate for a new war. Not to mention they just got beaten by Slovenia, Poland lost controll over the Czech Republic, the joined attack on Greece failed, Israel and Iran are both thriving etc. etc. etc.
Half of all the wars in G7 are losing, and what is Hungary doing in the meanwhile? Hungary is invading neutral territory. Belgium is not anti-G7.
o.O I'm out of excuses anymore, this is just a massive fail for Hungary xD
Hungary's logic: We couldn't take Slovenia, lets take someone of our own size...

Hungary, this by far, and really really by far, the largest failure ever in e-sim militairy history. And I doubt at any other similair game (like erep) something like this has ever happened Xd
A little bit more serious
I've been part as a president of Alpha and Ace. I have a good connection with Turkey, and I'm part of a MU which has got a lot of sympathy for G7. I'm neither pro-G7 or anti-G7. But honestly, this here just pains me to see. I'm not talking about losing from Belgium (you deserved that), I'm talking about this war, and some others in general.
Alpha, we once ruled e-sim... we only had 45% of the power in our hands, we won because the rest of the world was devided.
Belgium is neutral, why are you guys this stupid to invade more territory. Make more enemies.
The same counts for Lithuania. Hugely provocating towards Ireland, one of the last neutral countries in the world. They actually are allied with Turkey. They might have fought in the battles against Greece. Lithuania, had you not fought and started in their rw's, yours and Irelands damage wasted in those battles combined was enough to win all these battles against Greece.
But no, no one thinks like that, instead you are forcing every last neutral country to oppose you.
Quit invading Belgium, quit provocating towards Ireland etc., instead, quit 70% of your wars. Discuss a massive reorganisation, and chose your battles wisely. If you don't manage to do such a reorganisation, you guys will fall, just like we (including me) did with Alpha

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
