Its that time again,and USA News is proud to present the USA Election Interviews.
The January Presidential Elections are just around the corner, Currently Feefaroni and 8675309 are the only one's running for President, both of them will be new at this with Liquid H deciding not to run again(i think he did a great job btw). They both are actually in the same Political Party,STU.With Feefaroni being the Party leader.Will The Party leader beat the Party member or the opposite?Will bringing a brand new President that has never been elected help the USA out?I guess we will have to wait and see
Here goes the Interviews :
1 . What is your view on USA's Future ?
8675309 : Personally, I think the USA needs a baby boom, however this is easier said then done, and it's not really something individual players have much control over I'm afraid. The admin of this game needs to take steps to actively promote the game, and attempt to bring players in, he needs to be willing to actively work to improve the game regularly, to keep things fresh. This is a fun game, but it needs more, it needs something to bring new players in and keep them here.
Failing some kind of baby boom I am afraid to say that I fear this is the USAs future, we will remain a mid-level country, with a number of strong active players, but lacking the needed eager and active young players that want to step into roles of power. There has been a lack of qualified leadership in America for months now, there is a reason why the same group of people remain in power, and maintain the same positions, there just aren't that many younger players willing to put in the time and effort needed unfortunately, that needs to change or the USA is doomed.
Feefaroni : At this point, it really depends on the future of the game as a whole. Our active population base is continually shrinking, and there aren't enough new players signing up and sticking around to replenish us. We have a solid core of leaders for now, but that might not last long. I intend to get the most out of these people while they're still here, and hopefully make this at least a little bit fun for the rest of the country.
2 . What made you decide to be a Candidate?
8675309 : Long story short, a little friendly competition with my friend Fionia. I don't intend to really campaign or anything, just put my name in the hat, afterall 1 is the loneliest number, and Fi was looking kinda lonely there.
Feefaroni : I've been a part of the government for a long time, and it's about time I got to fully run the show. I've actually been planning on running this month since my previous run in July.
3 . Do you have any special operations/projects in mind ?
8675309 : No....
Feefaroni : Not that I can talk about right now!
4 . What makes your Presidential Cabinet worthy of their position ?
8675309 : I don't have one, though I assume I can steal Fionias if I won.
Feefaroni : They're the brightest faces in the nation. Some of them have been around as long or longer than I have, and some have only shown up the past couple months, but all have proven to be active and competent.
5 . How would we stand before the world if you were chosen?
8675309 : Not badly, I'm kind of like vanilla ice cream, there's nothing exciting about me, I'm noones first choice, but noone ever complains about getting a scoop of me.
Feefaroni : We would remain outside of any formal alliance, at least in the short term. Our focus would be helping our good friends, particularly Ireland, but also Australia and Canada.

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
