My main plans this term will be to start up civil wars to make gold for the UK. This can lead to a great UK and a MUCH MUCH richer population - but it requires effort and it requires people not to be selfish.
The aim of these civil wars will NOT be to overthrow the Government(obviously) and they will not be for personal Battle Hero medals. The idea is that we get multiple people with the same damage on each side of a battle so that more than one person gets a battle hero(and hence more gold). Each person who gets a battle hero from it will then have to pay around 3 gold to the Government and keep 2 gold per BH to themselves. It will all be planned so that you know when you are hitting/how many hits to do/what qualtiy of weapons to use etc. I will also mass mail the entire UK population before we do it to make sure as best i can everyone is informed.
But civil wars could easily be unsuccessful. If they are not I will look at the possibility of making a stock company or running businesses for profit so we can derive an income.
Ministry of Defence
I will be looking at the possibility of merging the BAF into the BSF - i believe the national MUs are too few in numbers to have more than one MU. This will depend on looking at finances if/when i get into office.
Also, dependant on how successful the civil wars are, there could be extra supplies available for UK citizens in "strikes". These would be available to all UK citizens a couple of days a week. All you'd have to do is come onto IRC and use the supplies we give to hit in the last 2 minutes of a battle chosen by us.
Ministry of Home Affairs
Planning to get this department to create competitions like previously. Again depending on our future income these competitions will either have to rely on donations or will be state funded. I and any willing volunteers will also be mass messaging every UK citizen to try to get them subscribed to the MoHA's, CP's and MoD's newspaper to help improve communication.
Again, dependant on income i will offer food for going on IRC and things like that to help improve communication.
Also plan to continue messaging of new players in order to retain them by guiding them throught heir first stages.
If Civil Wars are not working I will also look into the possibility of attempting a baby boom. This will require us all to start mass messaging on games to try to get more people into our ever depreciating population. With Lithuania(and perhaps soon France) occupying us creating a baby boom should be slightly easier as we can include phrases like "come help free your online country".
Ministry of Foreign affairs
Civil Wars can help hugely here as it gives Government the funding to increase our country's damage as well as making the general population richer. Whether or not civil wars work or not I will be mass messaging to try to encourage more people to join National MUs so we can make the most of our relatively small population. A higher damage output should help us in foreign affairs a lot.
Will also prioritise supplies to countries we want to become closer to more than others.
What i really think is holding us back in terms of foreign affairs is
- Lack of damage
- Lack of damage co-ordination
- Lack of respresentation
and these are basically what I plan to work on.

The Ireland Situation
I have to admit i'm not a big fan of the NAP which is why, as you will have seen through this article, i am trying to find us new ways of making money. If these methods don't work then i hope to keep the NAP. However with Lithuania and France trying to invade i think the ireland NAP will become useless anyway - but we will have to see how this progresses.

Whilst i plan to put a lot of activity into CP-ing, from the 5th to the 15th of January i will have exams that will have to take priority. THis doesn't mean i'll be inactive but means I'll be much less active than usual. If this is a big problem for you then i understand and you should not vote for me.

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
