Now, you’ve noticed by now
OwenHargreaves ’s monthly CP presentation in the global news has been replaced by a stepping down article 
. That is because sadly our High Dictator of 6 months has decided to retire as CP, although he will still be playing, it will be a greatly diminished amount. Since i have had a long and succesful career as vCP i decided to run to try and continue the successful legacy he leaves behind.
There are those among you who upon reading that I will be running for CP whose immediate
thought is something like this
well I will tell you why that is not a proper reaction
1. What I have done for Canada already
Most of you don’t know my story, heck, there is a chance, however small that you might not even know who I am, well, here is what I have done for Canada:
September- I began my high activity rate, I hung out with owen a lot on our IRC and generally helped out whenever he had to go away
October- As the minister of defense, and the vCP I was a major mastermind behind the exciting if failed Taiwan invasion, for 2 weeks Canadian activity was massive and Canada shattered damage records left and right. As an MC of unico, http://primera.e-sim.org/article.html?id=51283 I spent countless hours in meetings trying to figure out what we were to do to be able to survive the backstabbing of our previous ally Poland.
November- I revamped our education system and pushed through 4 tutorial articles which are shown to all of our new Canadians. I also assisted Owen to rework the way Canada conducted its politics, we introduced several cabinet roles and began strengthening our countries organisation.
December- This month was my most active to date, I set up a large number of Canadian companies which I used to A. Raise wages to the point where they are at the same level as the rest of the world B. increase income of Canada Org while also supplying lower price supplies to Canadians. We also defeated a Money market attack which gained Canada org over 400g and was a horrible failure for the attacker showing that Canada will not be messed with. ON TOP OF THIS, we also created the new offsite and instituted the Canadian hero program and the Hall Of Fame. Later in the month we also defeated the mighty USA in a war which they declared on us.
2. The Future
Over this month I intend to Improve activity even more, and Institute several changes to our economy, What i propose is changes in the taxes with the intention of a final tax system being:
.Income Tax: 10% across the board
.VAT tax: 2% across the board
.Import Tax: 8 on all the Resources we do not hold, 12 on High Resources
.Import Tax: 6 on finished goods that we dont own the Resources of
I intend to enhance the activity and quality of our loan system. Bringing Bank of Canada into high gear to provide loans en mass to people looking to start companies in our High Regions
Military priorities are strengthening our ties with other countries and maintaining our South Korean colonies.I also promise some more military hijinks which i think you guys will like.

Predsednik burying the hatchet between the ex-PTOers and the true Canadians, i am offering my only true friend who is in cavalry a position as a peace offering to this important Canadian MU

cubuffs22 - he was owens MoE for a long time and has been very successful
Senior Advisor:
ouzobat - ouzo is as much a part of Canadian history as owen and libertines are. His advice is always sound and in the best interest of our country
Senior Advisor:
OwenHargreaves - He isnt escaping politics THAT easily 
Junior Advisor:
byronkent - one of the more active Canadians as well, he is
relatively young in the political world but is active and dedicated
Junior Advisor:
southqaw , he is one of the most reliable sCanadians there is, he is always there when you are on the IRC and when you call him he will always respond
Secretary:
Reuben Rocksocker , he ran for CP last month but it was more of a joke than anything, he will be my assistant and hopefully will earn his wings as a politician.
I have been on IRC 90% of the time this past week (mainly because my GF has been out of town
) and I have already built up a large stock of personal foreign friendships of the kind which saved CEC so many times before.
In an e-sim world full of change and hardships, Canada has stayed strong and maintained an immensely strong state. I promise you that this state will be kept during my term as CP if you choose to elect me.

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
