Following by my previous Article , Today I will introduce you the presidents of Lithuania and Brazil.
I hope you will enjoy reading this, And would love to get some feedback.
We'll start with the president of Lithuania : Bato Usai :

killerzlah:So, Shall we start ?
Bato_Usai:Go ahead.
killerzlah:Tell me a bit about you personally; tell us your RL age and where do you live, your education and occupation?
Bato_Usai:Im 22. I'm a student. Studying Law and I am in 4th course. So last year for me
, Living in capital - Vilnius.
killerzlah:I see
killerzlah:Was politics always your ambition in this game or did you roll into politics?
Bato_Usai:No, I like all aspects of this game. Economics is even more interesting for me. But, someone needs to do Politics too, right?
killerzlah:Haha, Thats right.
killerzlah:How do you experience your time as CP of Lithuania so far? What is the hardest part of being a Lithuanian CP? Try to share with us some of your hardest decisions.
Bato_Usai:Well, I like it so far... There is a lot of parties with their own interests and concerns. They are all attacking me, asking to do something they need. There is unlimited demand and I have limited resources so I have to prioritise some over others. It is impossible to make everyone happy. Well, I can't tell any examples of "hardest decisions", cause I dont find any decision hard to make.
Bato_Usai:It's hardest to do everything in limited time
killerzlah:After conquering many parts of Europe fighting against not easy opponents like Poland, Latvia, Slovenia and Now Germany, What is your next move ?

Bato_Usai:Well, we are looking for wood region now but it's not our priority. We are growning big. Our allies are too. So, the main priority will be keeping the regions together. For example, as we are speaking, Poland has started RW. So the priority goes there.
killerzlah:I see
killerzlah:Could you tell us more on why did you decide to go against Slovenia and Germany ?
Bato_Usai:The Slovenia is really simple - grain region. We need it. It's the second best high region there is in this game. We didn't really had any options. Ukraine's region was taken by Bulgaria and was only available to rent it (with price too high for us), other region was allies'. It was decided to go trough Germany and reach Slovenia.
Bato_Usai:Germany is a bit different. We needed oil too but it is not about the region. Germany is TOed by Poland. And Poland was the main threat to us. So we decided to cut their finances from CM medals and treasury by taking all regions over.
killerzlah:Well, That i didn't know and I believe many others did not either
killerzlah:Glad we can split some light
killerzlah:Could you give us an inside look on how your country decides who to attack next ? Do you decide that by yourself ?
Bato_Usai:I work it myself first. But then I ask about it in my formed goverment. If they don't find any better choices or some negative side of decision I proceed to Congress. It makes the second confirmation. Then I talk about it in A41 Headquarters and ask about it other CPs personally if I think it involves them too. The sequence I told you is a perfect process. But sometimes decision needs to be made fast...
killerzlah:Your Country is very big with almost 836 active citizens placing you as the third biggest country in e-Sim, How do you manage to keep all the citizens active, And do you have more thoughts of making your community even bigger ?
Bato_Usai:My job as CP is to look over all aspects of country development. Economy - I wrote a lot of usefull articles with a lot of advices how to start business, where to do it, initiated loaning system from treasury. War - Helped creating military system (it still sucks), was supplying soldiers, trying to keep citizens informed about war campaigns and orders. Articles - trying to encourage everyone who's trying this part of the game. I found some really active and inteligent ministers who are doing their job really well. All things together citizens finds the thing they like and stays here. The key to success imho is working together. Argues and fighting each other just makes you vulnerable and eats your time. This is community game. No community - game over to your country.
killerzlah:I see
killerzlah:What is your vision of Lithuania same time, in 2 months from now ?
Bato_Usai:Big, strong, united nation playing together, fighting for their dominance
killerzlah:Some final words for the viewers ?

killerzlah:So first of all can you tell me a bit about yourself, tell us your RL age and where do you live?
Matheus199-M:I'm 15 Years old, I'm in junior high school and living in the great city of Sao Paulo.
killerzlah:How did you experience as CP of Brazil? What is the hardest part of being a Brazil CP?
Matheus199-M:It is not an easy task. We have to build alliances, care for our allies and our country, manage the economy with our MF, among other things. But I must admit that I like.
killerzlah:Was politics always your ambition in this game or did you roll into politics?
Matheus199-M:I was always interested in participating in politics, And in this new game I could, I started being Minister of Defence in the government of LukasPim. Until he had to leave and I turned around CP

Matheus199-M:Time, dedication, strategic and economic knowledge, and listening to people !

killerzlah:Your country isn't that big, With a bit less than 200 citizens, Do you have any plans to make a baby-boom in the near future ?
Matheus199-M:Yes, we have a few ideas and our first prioty is the Blog area.
killerzlah:I see.
killerzlah:Could you tell us a bit more about the reason you decided to go against Mexico ?
Matheus199-M:Their regions, Obviously, and helping the USA.
killerzlah:i see that you have Yucatan too, which is High diamonds ?
Matheus199-M:Yucatan was a request of the USA.
killerzlah:I understand it now.
killerzlah:What are the plans of Brazil for the near future ? After conquering 4 Regions of Portugal and 2 key regions of mexico ?
Matheus199-M:We have no plans to attack more. We now want to focus in helping our alliance.
killerzlah:Doing some research around I Heard that the realations with the USA has been tight lately, Rumors saying that after Conquering Mexico USA will open in an attack on Brazil, What is your opinion ?
killerzlah:or vice varsa, Brazil attack USA
Matheus199-M:Brazil will not attack for sure, I tell you. And I think that the USA will not, either.
killerzlah:Alright

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
