Yeah.

This the real deal, not a publicity stunt.

As God Is My Witness

What's up, America? It's been quite some time since we've had the chance to sit down and chat. I think that time just may be long overdue. I'd also like to take the time to answer a few concerns that were raised by one Kilazul . Now, I'm not saying he doesn't raise valid points, but at the same time, I am suggesting that he doesn't account for one major sticking point for why some people refused to support a NAP with Poland in the first place.

If he took some time, I'm sure he'd come to the same conclusion. It's in our nature.
As Americans, we enjoy many freedoms in real life that frequently lend themselves to games like these, and are exercized rather fervently. Our rote response is to rebel first and ask questions later. It also worked rather well for us, until the HQ basically dropped the ball on multiple occasions, and began losing general support.

First off, against an opponent like Poland, you need to be on point. I cannot stress this enough. Poland has the force of their two clickers and MUs behind them, and they can afford to make mistakes. We can't. We can't drop easy DoW/initiative locks. We can't fail to utilize initiative or blocking maneuvers. FFS, guys, they were debuffed! We couldn't have made it any easier! Russia took a major chance for us and now we're failing to repay them in kind. That isn't right. Now, more than ever, we cannot take our eyes off the ball for even a second, because there are frequently never second chances.

How You Can Help

Make deals with American employers in the occupied zones. Work for gold or items via direct donation to lessen the amount of tax dollars flowing from us into THEIR coffers. Pay attention to strategic orders. Speak out. If you've got a viewpoint some of us olderfags may have missed, we wanna hear it. Fresh eyes and ears can sometimes bring new perspectives we haven't thought of. As someone who has frequently disagreed with governmental moves lately, it's important to ask questions.

The only way to beat Poland is unity, and unity means making some sacrifices here and there. Get in an MU with a commune. With so many with open spots, there's really no justification for not at least being IN an MU.

We need all hands on deck right now, so step forward and let people know you're around, socially, militarily, politically, whatever. Just get involved.

The Last Word

We come from a long line of rebels. It's what we do. Don't be ashamed of the choices you make, as being an apologist means you spend more time dwelling on mistakes over fixing them. This is a solid lesson that applies to more than this game. There's no need to grouse over the NAP, as it's a done deal, and it takes more energy to bitch and moan, than it does to hit the ground running and start fixing the problems.

I'd also like to publically come on the record to mention my intense dislike of Omega. It's a bad fit and a worse choice than AGC was.

We are not sappy ex-boyfriends who let the old girlfriends back in at two in the morning, because the new guy kicked her to the curb. That's not our place, and they walked away from us, not them.

You lie down with dogs, you will get back up with fleas, and in this game, you are judged by the company you keep. If you associate with cowards, what do you think people will associate us with? Bingo.

You may not agree with or even like what I've had to say...and that's your right. ;-)

May your paths to success be short and fulfilling.

About the game:

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.

In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

Become an influential politician.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.

The international war.

The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).

At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.

E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
