well
first thing is first with is organise the companies put the right amount of employers and the right skills
i i´m also trying ( because it is possible ) to put all non-raws companies to make at least 20G a day
there are 7 non-raw companies 7*20 = 140
first i will try to put Q5 Gifts, Food, Weapons and Q3 Weapons doing 20G a day then i will try the harder ones with are Q5 estate and Q3 DS´s ( still have to see if it´s possible to make 20G in a day out of this companies )
IF it all goes well we will buy a
New Q3 ( or Q4 ) ( so we stop buying grain... currently we spend 10G a day in grain :/ ) Grain
upgrade Q4 diamonds do Q5 ( still can be changed ) ( to a possible new Q5 Gifts... )
get a New Q3 Weapons ( in greece )
and some Q1 weapons ( dont know how many yet )

Bene, già da ieri l’alleanza ha dato i suoi frutti, ora possiamo finalmente dire di trovarci in Italia.
Abbiamo vinto in Veneto in una magnifica battaglia dove entrambe le nazioni hanno speso tantissimo e mezzi.
Grazie ai nostri alleati abbiamo liberato il veneto e la toscana, a breve anche le altre regioni saranno liberate.
Questo senza dubbio darà un grande aiuto alla Banca d’Italia e all’economia italiana in generale.

Bè la prima cosa che sto cercando di fare è mettere il giusto numero di impiegati con la giusta skill lavorativa, sto cercando inoltre di far in modo che le aziende che non producono raws fruttino 20 gold al giorno e visto che ce ne sono 7 sono ben 140 gold al giorno!
Dopodichè proverò a far fruttare 20 gold al giorno anche alla q5 gifts, food, weaps e weaps q3, tenterò anche con la q5 estate e la q3 ds(devo ancora vede se è possibile fare 20 golds al giorno con queste 2 aziende)
Se tutto va bene compreremo una nuova q3(o q4) ciò ci permetterà di smettere di comprare grano dal mercato che al momento ci costa 10 gold al giorno, l’attuale grain sarà potenziata a q4, la diamonds sarà portata da q4 a q5(al posto del potenziamento si potrebbe comprare una q5 gifts)
prendere una nuova q3 weaps in grecia e qualche azienda q1(non so ancora il numero di preciso)

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
