You are allowed to have only one citizen account. Violating this law will result in permanent ban of all your accounts If You share IP address or PC with another player, a Game Operator must be notified. In case like this, You are not allowed to have any transactions to each other.
You can only have one account, this doesn't include organisations, only proper citizens. But if you have someone in your family, (or just uses the same computer as you), then fill out this form and you won't get banned.
All contents (comments, articles, avatars, citizen, company names, etc.) published by users cannot contain pornography, racism, flaming or anything that is classified as abusive.
Make sure you don't shout/publish/have in your avatar/have as your company name or avatar anything abusive. No pornography, racism or anything flaming, (like flaming Australian flag).
Using bots or automated software to play the game is strictly forbidden.
No getting any bots to hack the game so you do well.
Exploiting bugs will result in permanent ban. Note, that you get gold and special medal for each bug found in the game.
If you see any bugs in the game, if they effect you in a positive way, you can't just take advantage of it, you have to report it. You can report it here. If you report it and it turns out it's a real bug, you get tester medal!

Selling and buying ingame accounts, gold, items, currencies (in exchange of other items in other games or rl money) is forbidden and may lead into permanent ban.
You can't sell/buy your account or gold/items in your account for real life money.
Citizens take responsibility for all their actions and all content their publish. Any real life law violations will be forwarded to proper security forces.
All real life rules apply here too, if you break any of them you will be forwarded to special forces!
Inviting other players only to exploit them is forbidden (e.g. forcing them to work for minimum salary or donate you their money to you).
When you invite someone you can't get them to work for you for min salary or donate all their gold to you.
Giving your account to any other person who already has an account is forbidden (account sitting).
If for instance you're going on holiday but want to still work and train, you can't give your account to someone else in the game, you will both get banned as multi's as you will share ip. However you can get someone who doesn't play e-Sim to sit your account.
You may not publish personal information about any e-sim citizen.
Pretty simple, don't publish anything about someone in real life.
Insulting, threatening, abusing or petitioning administration team with false or trivial issues is forbidden and will result in permanent ban.
Don't insult, threaten, abuse or petition against the administration team with things that aren't true.
It is forbidden to post any information (especially spam) which is not directly associated with the game.
This is, arguably, the most commonly broken rule, mainly because people don't know it's a rule. Basically you can't post anything that doesn't have anything to do with the game. Note, this will only result in a article being deleted or a shout being deleted.

You can't try and convince someone to click an advert, for instance saying "if you click this advert I'll give you gold!"
Stealing properties from national orgs is illegal.
Sometimes national orgs have money in them, if you're in control of it you can't just send it all to yourself.
Frauding money/properties from stock companies is illegal.
If there's a stock company and you buy so many shares that you have the majority or them, then you can't just sack ceo, propose yourself and then downgrade all the companies so you send up with more gold.
Breaking any of those laws may result in: permanent ban, temporary ban, gold fine, deleting content, warning

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
