As announced, I intend to run for President in the upcoming elections. This article is dedicated to my programme. The programme which could suit the Ireland for a brighter tommorow, better economic standards and more miliatary power.
This is an important part about my style: I do not want to rule but to lead discussions and to encourage group decisions. Sometimes events are calling for quick decisions, but in most cases we can have the luxury to go for quality decisions.
What's our position in the world?
Ireland is one of the smallest countries by population, and it is located in a quiet corner of this world. We are not big enough to play an important role in world politics, and we will not be for quite some time. We are not strong on the battlefield either. Before we can start bigger endeavours, we need to take care of ourselves. We need to stabilize this country that has so many times been the victim of foreign aggression. First things first, our economy must be improved, and that can easily be done by two things:
-Baby boom OR
-Owning a High resource region.
Both of the above plans can be done, but I shall keep a little bit of secrecy about startegic plans in the public area.
A baby boom is needed as hell, but how can we get it ? Through advertisment ? Its not going to be simple, but it is doable and we mustnt rest untill we achieve it.
How's our economy doing?
Our economy is doing pretty bad. There are pretty much no companies from ireland that present international market. Ireland, small as it may be, deserves more companies and wealth and that can be achieved by owning a high region.
The further development of our industry towards high-quality manufacturing and construction goods is one of the logical goals that every government should have. Another goal will be to develop a strategy to grow the economy in accordance with the desired population growth.
What about foreign relations and defense?
We want and we need more allies, more MPPs. Ireland is small and cannot stand on its own, we need help from our friends. We currently have few MPPs but we need more in order to stabilize our miliatary wealth in the world.
Other tasks include:
* Rediscuss current taxes.
* Make the decision for or against a government SC.
* Keep the currency stable.
* Discuss option for MPPs and signing them.
* Encourage higher attendance on the IRC meetings.
* Gaining Baby Boom and a High resources region.
The Cabinet:
This is the Presidential Cabinet. Few positions are already filled while others are still opened and if you wish to participate, feel free to PM me. Note that I am the one who will choose my cabinet, like it or not. But also know that everyone is invited, no matter which party you are in, no matter if i like your ideas or not, give it a try, send me a PM but also present your plans and why would you like the position.

Minister of Education takes care of the new users joining. He is like a teacher, guiding them throu first steps of e-sim life. The role is vital, as many newly registered users tend to quit. Minister of Immigration mainly supervises the Citizenships that congress members give out. Every congress member is obligated to send a PM to the minister saying who did he give sitizenship to and why, some sort of a work report I'd say. Also Minister of Immigration should seek for the users of other nationalities that want to help Ireland. Secretary of Foreign afairs and Secretary of Defense will work together, planning strategic moves by the country and similar. Secretary of treasury will take care of our economy and since that job is pretty hard, if he requests, we will give him someone thet would help, an advisor I'd say.
In a small community like ours, every small contribution counts. Don't hesitate to move yourself into the spot light. It may never again be so easy to get heard or even to get assigned to a government position in Ireland.

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
