As the last article this one will cover some information about SM Corp and it's progress the last 30 days, as well as another congress manifest from the CEO.
SM Corp info
The last month has seen some action. A new server started with buy to win, which is totally uninteresting but resulted in that a lot of new players fled to that server. The last few days has seen an increase in prices of the products which I expect is due to fewer players working but still many of the old are consuming. This gives better chances for those who only produce and don't consume to gain wealth faster.. such as SM Corp!
So we've basically sold off stockpiles of stuff and bought a new q5 iron company, a q5 weapon company and another q3 iron company which will be upgraded to q4 shortly. The good thing about this is that we are now almost at our goal of having 1 q5 company per 100 shares in the stock company, with 8 Q5 companies and 1 Q3 company for 900 shares.
The stock price has been pushed up to 10 gold per share now, which is what the issued shares are at. This is more than twice as much as the expected value per share. We believe the stock price will stay at close to 10 gold per share. Thing is we never think that the expected value per share will go above 5 gold. Basically once the goal of 1 q5 company per 100 shares is reached, maybe with one or two extra q5 companies as spare newly issued shares will bring in a lot more gold into the stock company than is needed, so the extra gold will pretty much increase the dividends eventually.
It's sortof odd that people are willing to spend more than twice of what the expected value of shares is, but trustworthy and profitable stock companies out there are rare so the established have a big advantage.
We have changed our salary model a bit which overall meant a small reduction in salary costs. We also opened up the option for employees to get gold salary like any private or MU company, to avoid some income taxes. This gold salary is paid weekly though so every sunday evening/monday a lot of gold will be withdrawn from the stock company to pay that weeks salaries. This gives an unfair illusion of progression during the week as basically the stock company value increases by over 100 gold and then is instantly reduced to what it should be on sunday evenings/mondays.. Can't really get away from this, but as long as we still pay dividend every two days and the stock price is close to 10 gold per share it doesn't really matter.
In related news we are looking for more employees to work in our companies
This seems to be a promising time to expand and we hope we will get some issued shares sold to allow faster expansion.

Kongressmanifest för SMTaishan
Nu är det åter igen dags för kongressval. Hela den senaste perioden har i princip varit helt meningslös. Nära noll beslut har fattats, den statliga MU utdelningen har upphört iom att scriptet slutade fungera när server 2 startade. Rätt så många har lagt av med spelet eller flyttat till server 2 av någon outgrundlig anledning eftersom det är pay to win på den servern som gör den helt ointressant..
Z1mon/Evision och JallooZ som fick rätt mycket röster i förra valet valde att lämna kongressen efter någon dag bara... och många andra är inte alls så aktiva som de bör vara med en position i kongressen.
Jag vill passa på att hylla de enligt mig aktiva och via IRC bidragande kongressmedlemmarna den senaste perioden: Muppo007, Uldrer, Wilworin, Shaggydoo (som iofs lämnade kongressen för att bli president och därav kom med igen), Emixy, DevineMediator och mig själv SMTaishan. Simtrix och Ehlana kan få en mention med
Resterande som inte är nämnda här har alltså enligt mig inte lagt tillräckligt mycket aktivitet på sin post i kongressen via IRC sett över hela månaden.
Det är det största politiska problemet egentligen, att alla inte kan vara motiverade eller aktiva den hela månad som de ställt upp i valet.. För vi sex-sju som är kvar kan inte påstå att vi tar några beslut med majoriteten bakom oss om fyra röstar för och tre röstar emot i valfri fråga.. och sen 13 stycken inte är närvarande.
Förhoppningsvis löser vi lite av de problemen med ett ordentligt fungerande forum igen som är www.swe-sim.org!
Men personligen tycker jag att jag rent generellt bidragit mer än snittet och då jag tvivlar på att det finns över 20 kandidater som tar spelet och positionen som kongressledamot på allvar känner jag mig manad att ställa upp igen i nästa val. Jag vill helt enkelt inte att kvalitén sänks ytterliggare... Det är dags att jobba och se framåt för att förbättra eSveriges position, enighet och styrka! Etc.

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
