Things don’t look good. As the dawn of Day 374 approaches, Poland is poised to take our Central region, leaving only the Gulf and East Coasts under our control. There were rumors early on that Poland was simply using the USA as a bridge to reach Spain. Now we can see that’s just not true. They could have attacked the Gulf Coast and gone straight on to Spain, but instead the Polish are gutting our heartland. There is no resource in the Central US, very few companies. It is not the fastest route to anywhere. It is, however, our capital. When it falls, businesses in other regions will take a pretty steep hit to productivity. Our damage in defending other regions will drop too, but it’s not like we’ve been putting up much of a fight. There is no other way to see it now: for Poland, it’s personal.
Why? Why does Poland hate our country so much that they would want to utterly destroy it? Why would they attack us on this week, as we mourn the still painful attacks suffered in RL only 11 years ago? What kind of sick pleasure do they achieve from decimating a country with absolutely no history of rivalry or conflict with them?
It may be that we stood up to Poland two months ago and declined an invitation to be their lapdogs in the newly forming Omega alliance, choosing instead to boldly chart our own course with Indonesia, Russia, Spain, and others in AGC. It may be that they are jealous of America’s role and influence in the real world, and they mistakenly believe that our defeat here will somehow avenge the fact that their own nation has been largely irrelevant since the end of WWII nearly 70 years ago.
Or, it may be just the opposite. It may be that the Polish don’t care one single bit about us. They aim to wipe our great nation from the face of this game simply because they can, and for no other reason. It may be that to Poland, America is nothing. This, to me, is the most terrifying possibility. Dozens if not hundreds of Americans have given of their time and resources in the last six months to help our nation recover from the Russian occupation we suffered at the start of the year. Maybe this is just a game, but the players and their efforts are very real.
To me, America is not “nothing.” We are not insignificant. The United States of America is a nation of proud people, hardworking people, who come from all over the world into our melting pot to experience the American Dream. The idea that anybody can come along and become great here is what drives all of our citizens to achieve more that anyone thought possible, and it drives me too. Here in America, you can make it if you try. That dream is not dead to me. Poland, though, wants to extinguish that dream. They want to crush us and go back to the way it was back in January when America wasn’t on the map. I don’t want to go back.
I am calling today on all Americans to stand up to these Polish invaders. Get on Rizon IRC #sim-us.strikes and be supplied with the finest guns: ones stamped Made In America. Fight smart, at the end of battles, and fight in the right battles so we don’t waste damage on drain wars. Talk to your friends who played this game but left – either for the new server or any other reason. Make sure they know that right now every American is needed on the battlefield.
It won’t be an easy fight, and it won’t be quick, but I believe in America. I believe in our ability to come back from this Polish adversity. If we can’t hold them back today, we’ll keep fighting tomorrow. We will fight with our allies to liberate Polish occupation in Russia and in the USA. We won’t rest until justice is done and the USA is whole again.

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
