Banca d Italia this month

so lets start with what really matters
first lets have a look at the current Companies that Bancas has at the moment
1 Q1 Weapons ( currently in Greece )
1 Q5 Estate ( currently in France )
1 Q5 Food ( currently in Croatia )
1 Q5 Weapons ( currently in Portugal )
1 Q5 Iron ( currently in Slovenia )
1 Q3 DS ( currently in France )
1 Q5 Gifts ( currently in United Kingdom )
1 Q4 Stone ( ccurrently in France )
Now with the opening of the new sever its harder to sell at a good price because there are alot of people selling but not many buying, what i want to do is make some more Q1 Weapons and one Q3 Weapons.
and you can see above they are not many people working in our companies so what i also want to do is put at least 5-6 in each one
now about unpaid debts
they are unpaid debts to date 306,02 G in total
i have spoken with
coolasfcuk about this, he has giving all they had
anyway now i am going to say abit more about the Weapons Q1 and Q3 companies
we will of course need to make more Iron at the moment we only do 751 a day ( out of 8 people only 2 work daily )
lets say we put 5 people of skill 5 in each company
we would need 805 iron a day to make 400 Weapons
400 * 0.016 = 6,4G
we would pay 25,75 ITL
with would be 2,43 Gold
2.43 - 6,4 = 3,97 Gold of profite
now about deposites..
there are some big deposits in banca.
we are changing this now the maximum you can deposit in Banca is 350Gold
all deposits bigger that this will be put down to 350Gold in the next weeks...

Sono qui per spiegare il piano di questo mese per la
Banca d Italia
Innanzitutto io sono
paulito111 , MoE in questo mese, e i miei collaboratori sono Pentito e spagna , ai quali insegnerò come amministrare al meglio la Banca affinchè, un giorno, questi potrammo sostituirmi.
Ed ora passiamo al sodo.
Per prima cosa prendete visione delle aziende attualmente possedure dalla Banca
1 Q1 Armi ( attualmente in Grecia )

Con l'apertura del nuovo server è diventato più difficile vendere a prezzi convenie perchè ci sono molte persone che vendono, ma poche che comprano.
Ciò che voglio fare è avere più aziende di Armi Q1 e avere una azienda di Armi Q3.
Come è possibile vedere sotto, non ci sono molti lavoratori nelle aziende della Banca, quindi ho deciso che il primo obiettivo sarà quello di avere almeno 5-6 lavoratori per ognuna.
Riguardo ai debiti non pagati.
Ci sono debiti non pagati per un ammontare di 306,02 Gold

Comunque ora dirò di più sulle aziende di armi che voglio aggiungere alla Banca.
Attualmente la produzione di ferro è di sole 751 unità al giorno (solo 2 lavoratori lavorano ogni giorno)
Metteremo 5 lavoratori aventi economy skill 5 in ogni azienda
Avremo bisogno di 805 unità di ferro al giorno per fare 400 armi
400 * 0.016 = 6,4G
Pagheremo 25,75 ITL
o in alternativa 2,43 Gold
2.43 - 6,4 = 3,97 Gold di profitto
Riguardo ai Conti Correnti
Cisono alcuni depositi davvero molto grandi e stiamo pensando di mettere un tetto massimo di 350 Gold , dato che lo Stato paga veramente molti interessi sui depositi più consistenti.
Tutti i depositi superiori verranno abbassati a 350 Gold nelle prossime settimane.
In fin dei conti, si cerca di agevolare i nuovi utenti che hanno da parte piccoli risparmi

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
