Postovanje svim citateljima ovih novina ..
Prije svega isprika HVu a potom i svima zbog ne objavljivanja nikakvih novih clanaka u zadnje vrijeme.
Naime imao sam puno RL obveza pa nisam u zadnjih 4 dana mogao niti ispostovao kako treba svoje MOD duznosti niti prema nasem CP niti prema jedinicama HV-a.
Ipak jucer sam poslije polnoci uspio uhvatiti naseg CPa i sa njima obaviti jedan mali razgovor.
Razgovor u sturo:
** Do sada je HV uzivao velike kolicine proizvoda koje su im bile podjeljene kroz razne nacine opreme puno puno vise od samih proizvedenih produkata.
** Slozit cete se da to i zasluzuju jer su dio HVa sa kojim po nekim klasicnim pravilima proizlazi da drzava treba snositi gubitke koji se namecu da nas HV bude ono sto bi trebao biti: Aktivna jedinica koja ima opremu sa kojom moze udarati u svako doba dana bez ikakvih pogovora.
**Sve to stoji ali gubitci su bili pre veliki i drzava je to prakticirala na racun svog gubitka pa nam se desavalo da je dnevni minus na racun HVa bio pre veliki.
Ono sto se malo promjenilo i sto ce se jos u buducnosti promjeniti je da ce Restock WEPa biti ucestaliji i sa time ce se raditi na tome da HV po potrebi napada i obrane Hrv regija bude opremljen tako da se ne mora danonocno visiti po strade-u i okolnim kanalima trazeci i odkupljivati opremu. Naravno kad je Restock Wepa to ne znaci da necete dobivati Food i Gift nego da cete biti uskraceni samo za Wep.
U trenutcima dok ovo pisem sa ponosom mogu najaviti da je Ministarstvo Obrane napravilo dobar stock (zaslugom CP-a) za nadolazece akcije koje su pred nama pa ce HV tako imati punu podrsku opreme koju kao takvi i zasluzuju.
Takodjer sve nedoumice koje su se desavale i koje su dosle na oci CPu i meni kao MODu je da postoje ljudi koji iskoristavaju dobrobit same akcije aktiviranja HVa i kao takvi uzivaju pogodnosti koje ne zasluzuju i to ce se po kratkom postupku i eliminirati pa ce tako broj opreme biti reduciran i smanjen za broj ljudi koji ce biti izbaceni iz HVa te broj ljudi koji ne rade u firmama od HVa ali su do sad primali opremu koja je bila predvidjena za HV i tako ostetili drzavne financije i ljude koji su bili uskraceni za opremu koju su zasluzili.
Takodjer uz novu sitnu reformu odlucili smo da HV i Drzava nece vise financirati place u iznosima koji su do sada bili.
Sto sa time zelim reci?
Jednostavno drzava vise nece pripomagati i slati MUovima financije za rad u onim firmama koje pojedini MUovi posjeduju nego ce se jednom tjedno vojnici obvezati da nedjeljom posalju tjedne place na MU ili ORG (ovisno gdje rade) i tako usparati drzavi financije za daljnji rad te omoguciti drzavi da sa tom ustedom ostavi financije za kupovinu opreme koja nedostaje.
Sto se tice novih ORDERSa bit ce update danas kad se sazna a oprema ce se podjeliti oko 15 do 16 sati kako se to prije i prakticiralo. Zadnjih dana nije jer me nije bilo online imao sam RL obveza.
Takodjer u sljedecim danima jos uvijek ce biti prebacivanja ljudi iz jedne u drugu firmu i samim time ce se raditi i uskladjivati broj proizvedene opreme.

Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
