Hello!
All the events stated below are in chronological sequence to give the reader the opportunity to look it through and to come to their own conclusions. Of cource, the information given here have some subjective aspects, because we can’t discuss it without emotions (due to the latest events).
Chapter 1. The formation of A41. The first steps of Ukraine. The agreement.
On the 7th day of e-sim creation, some countries united and formed the alliance named A41. I don’t know the criteria of the selection among the countries, but it doesn’t really matter now. Ukraine’s population was rather small these days, so nobody could call Ukraine a Country with the capital letter C. Anyway most population had a positive attitude to the alliance. We weren’t let into it, but we understood it and decided to prove our devotion to the friendly countries.
Soon afterwards the Bulgarian CP
DreamBreaker suggested that the Ukrainian CP 
Oleksa 76 let the bulgarian army through their territories to their №1 enemy - Poland. After a short dicsussion among active citizens of Ukraine we decided to accept this proposal. Bulgaria took all expences of the war upon themselves and promised to return all the regions via RW also for their own account later. Moreover, they agreed to pay 100 % expences of the first MPP between Ukraine and Bulgaria.
The conditions of the treaty:
— Ukraine gives Bulgaria the opportunity to approach Poland through it’s regions by winning them in battle. The order of the conquest: Crimea — Black Sea Coast (Medium Oil) — Central Ukraine (High Grain) — Western Ukraine;
— Bulgaria stays on Ukraine’s regions until Poland is wiped out;
— After the annihilation of Poland, Bulgaria have to return all the regions to Ukraine via RWs;
— The capital and high-region are the first to be returned - these regions mustn’t be occupated under no circumstances.
This is the only proof of the treaty - log with 2 CP’s talks:

Evgeny Rangelov: As we agreed we are going to start a battle in Black Sea Coast. All the agreements we made are accepted by the congress. I will stay no more than 2 month and we will develop your regions and will pay after we retread for the needed revolt!

Evgeny Rangelov: no I ment until the Lituania and Croatia are ready to strike. I really dont think it will take so long
ObserverUA: what about our capital and central ukraine
ObserverUA: will you keep them for 2 month?
Evgeny Rangelov: They are staying untouched! As we agreed.
This dialogue shows, that
DreamBreaker confirmed twice the return of our region after the end of the war with Poland. We fulfilled our part of the treaty without any delay. Everything went on as it was expected. Poland was wiped from the map. MPP with Bulgaria was signed. But Bulgarian CP had to impeach himself on health grounds, and he is replaced by 
Garabeda . After this governmental change Bulgaria continue to occupy our regions...
Chapter 2. A new leader and his passion for collecting.
The time was passing by, top-1 country was victoriously conquering new regions and killing its enemies. The great aim was to collect a full-set of resources. They don’t face much resistance, Poland is wiped and therefore Bulgaria is flourishing. At the same time Ukraine is trying to survive and to develop, despite the low population. New firms are opened, people are busy working and fighting, the community is being built slowly. Most of the population hope to enter A41, but... a new king
Garabeda doesn’t feel the same.
Now Bulrgaria doesn’t care about Ukraine. We exist, we don’t disturb anyone and for this we recieve training wars by MPP - we quietly live our own life somewhere. When being asked about the return of regions, the bulgarian doesn’t answer frankly, just mumbling that our argreement with
DreamBreaker is not his business. And of course they’re at war so high grain is vital for their economy. Just wait, no need to hurry with the return. Even showing him logs with dialogues between DreamBreaker and Oleksa 76 doesn’t make him change his mind.

On the bulgarian forum in congress branch
Garabeda started an interesting discussion ^ what should be done with our region? There he noted his talks with Oleksa 76 about the return of regions and asks congres members what to do. Citizen 
Pyromaniac considers the return foolish, because it may lead to the loss of access to Central Europe. Also he’s very disappointed with the fact that bulgarian buisnessman, who started their buisness in this region, would suffer from this armed conflict and he thinks that waisiong money on defence of the region in the future is pointless (author’s remark - he puts interests of bulgarian buisnessman above the agreement with the friend). Also there is stated that Bulgaria will lose it’s bonus to productivity etc.
Garabeda ’s anwer was plain and clear: «Винаги има възможност да държим насила завладените региони. Спорен е въпроса за колко дълго. А иначе едва ли някоя страна ще си дари ей така, без пари, без никакви договорки регионите».
Translation: «There’s always an opportunity to secure captured regions by force. The main point is for how long is it possible. And I doubt that any country would do such concession without clear agreement of money». To put it simply, there’s no slight sense of friendship. From that time on Bulgaria is interested only in benefits and pretends as if there was no treaty at all.
Chapter 3. Time passing by, nothing changes.
Before
dr love became CP of Bulgaria he had a conversation with one of our citizens. You can see the whole dialogue here . To put it shortly, dr_love instead of return of the region offered us to take bulgarian citizenship and notices, that it’s not an easy process - regions returning. Ok, we weren’t happy, but the talks were hold between a civil citizen and the Minister of Defence (dr_love). Soon afterwards dr_love was elected CP and we continue the discussion on countries level.
I promised not to post logs, which shows bulgarian CP (top-1 country) butthurting like a child, insulting our nation and claiming that we jeer at him, while he just offered us in a friendly way to change our beloved citizenship, shut up and take the money from the rent. There was no dialogue of equal persons, we were treated like dregs and beast.
After the change of ukrainian government, we decided that the rent is unacceptable. They haven’t done their part of the agreement and even dare demand something more. I’m not mistaken with the usage of the word demand. I can post the logs but don’t think it’s really needed now.
dr love insists on the rent of the region and misinterprets the terms of the treaty between Oleksa 76 and DreamBreaker , taking the phrases about securing the region for 2 months out of context, not showing the full picture. He refuses to hear anything and always refers to his congress and to the fact, that he HAS to do it. He refuses to return our region and treats us as an occupant, not a friend. Talking about the rent, he offered us to pay 20-30 gold a month. It’s an abusive proposal and we didn’t discuss it. It is considered to be a humiliating favour or paltry dole, not the money for rent.
As for the latest days,
dr love came into clear rudeness and threats. He claims to secure the region without even asking Ukraine’s opinion and to wipe Ukraine if we don’t accept their rent proposal. I have proof for every word written in this article - it’s not my fiction.

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
