I started out as a normal two-clicker, who slowly wanted to get involved and ended up asking around other congressmen, Department of State officials and eventually the CP himself, and shortly was asked to fill in an application as to why I should be an ambassador for the sUS and what country I wish to assign myself to.
First Stop Colombia!

There is much to say about this nation specifically; but it has been one of the most fascinating for me to work with, as an ambassador to, from the US. As an ambassador, I was sent in to begin relations and to improve them to a state to where both of our nations can be arm-in-arm in our future endeavours. When I came in, there was a huge political election which was hyped due to a swarm of polish players seeking to take over the government by the usage of multies, while hanging out in Colombian IRC. I came across people like

With them I have gone through so much, from nerve-wrecking elections to where I helped forpresident enter into the race through donation, to creating a national radio for them so that they can listen into their news; to fighting a polish PTO civil war; and ultimately to fighting the congressional PTO. I was able to communicate with them through my fluency in spanish and through some english that they learned, and to my surprise, I became a closest friend to them; improved their image drastically of the sUSA (As they were originally pro-alpha) and ended up refining my spanish spelling and grammer skills 
. In conclusion, that is just a gist of that nation. Next stop, Argentina.
Arriving in Argentina
Currently I am working in Argentina, same as I had done for in Colombia, I am there to hopefully establish close connections between them and our government. I have been able to befriend the cp,
cultosaynomore and hopefully, develop stronger bonds with the rest of his governnment to show how friendly us americans are! 
Important stuff and my advice to you
1.Get involved, I suggest speaking with
LordPariah he will get you started
2. Use google translate , or choose a nation whose language you can speak fluently, either way get ready to use that language a lot
your new best friend Just choose the "From" and "to" to translate the language, i.e "From: English" " To: Spanish" and watch google work tis magic
3. Introduce yourself and state your reason why you are there, so that they do not outcast you as some random stranger
Start by saying "Hello everyone" and then say "I am [insert name] I am an ambassador here from the sUSA and would like to get to know you guys, is anyone from congress or cabinet here?" Of course, SAY IT IN THE national language first, and if all else fails say it in english
4.ACTUALLY spend time in their irc and talk to them, even goof around (it helps greatly in the long run, you'll see)
This means, when they say stuff and talk, you put in your two cents into the conversation. Even if its a simple "haha true" or a "oh yah that makes sense' periodically, the fact that they get comfortable to your presence = winning.
5.Offer them your help or advice and if they ask, take the opportunity and HELP THEM
If any of them come asking you for help, ESPECIALLY ANY OF CONGRESS OR CABINET, Say yes, and help them to the fullest, even if you cant complete their favor. The fact your helping them means they open up to you slowly, which will be useful when seeking information
6.Giggle around some more with them
Crack a few jokes, speak the language the best you can, even if you suck horrible at it, them getting a laugh at your attempt but acknowleding the attempt gets you favor points in their eyes
7. DO YOUR WEEKLY AMBASSADOR REPORTS, believe it or not they actually use this

The Department of state will give you the forms, fill it out the best you can, At least 2-3 sentences of information. Every bit of info counts and becomes useful in the long run.
A big issue is the question "What will I do to improve relations throughout the week" which was a question I was stumped at when I was an ambassador. What I did was, simply say what your going to do, in my case, I said I was going to chat a bit more, spend more time with them and gain their trust. Success there, then I told them I was going to make a radio show to help the country's activity. Success there. Anything you think will help your cause in their country and irc
8. Have fun and be nice! They may piss you off or do werid stuff, but nonetheless you have a job to fulfill and nation depends on it
Even if they do sketchy background checks on you and think because you are an RL american, you are a potential threat (IT has happened to me before it was annoying) just reassure them and stick to rule 6, and eventually they'll ease up on you and let you in apart of their circle.
Hope this provides a brief background as to what us Ambassadors go through, or do, we arent as easy as it sounds, but nonetheless take the initiative and become an Ambassador its a rewarding experience!

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
