I would like to make an other term in congress. In the past month, I put in place a tax project to help our economy. It took all the month to discuss it (7 pages of discussion) and to put it in place (the last laws proposal were accepted on day 319). In that project, we raise the import tax on some product and we put in place a 10% income tax everywhere (except on DS and on hospital).
Let's see what was put in place.
Iron: 5% import tax
Grain: 10% import tax
Weapon: 2% VAT and 15% import tax
House: 15% import tax
Gift: 30% import tax
Food: 13% import tax
Ticket: 13% import tax
Those import tax were put in place to help the canadians to have the best price on the product market. We also want to protect the product of our new high region (diamond and gift). Like we see on the product market the grain, the ticket, the gift and the diamond market are only control by canadian. We can also see that a part of the weapon and the house market is control by canadian.
We can say that the tax project is a success on the product market where many products are control by canadian.
I want also to say that without the help of others Liberated Canada members the project won't be in place at the moment.
In the past month, I also became the MoFA deputy and the ambassador of France and Germany. I developed great relation with those countries and I am ready to improve other relation with other countries as MoFA deputy.
We can see that I am a very active person.
I will also donate 2 golds of my medals to Canada if I am elected.

Here is a small part where I will tell you how to vote because some people don't take the election seriously
-Never vote for someone that doesn't make a presentation (it's proves that he just want the medal or that he is not active)
-Never sell your vote (a vote can make all the difference in the election)
-Vote for an active person
-Vote for a person in a party that is active (Candidature can be remove by the party leader. This leader should just keep the good people)
-Vote for a person that you can trust
Congress election are the most important election because congress can decide everything. For example, in the last days, in Peru, Congress impeach 2 presidents (one of them stay only for a day) and they elected their own president.

Je voudrais faire un autre terme en congrès. Au cours du mois passé, j'ai mis en place un projet de taxe pour aider notre économie. Il a fallu tout le mois pour discuter de celui-ci (7 pages de discussion) et de le mettre en place (les dernières propositions de lois ont été acceptées le day 319). Dans ce projet, nous augmentont la taxe sur l'importation sur certains produits et nous avons mis en place une taxe sur le revenu de 10% partout (sauf sur les DS et sur les hôpitaux).
Voyons ce qui a été mis en place:

Ces taxes sur l'importation ont été mis en place pour aider les canadiens à avoir le meilleur prix sur le marché du produit. Nous tenons également à protéger le produit de notre nouvel high région (le diamond et le gift). Comme on le voit le marché des produits du grain, du ticket, du gift et du diamond ne sont contrôler que par les canadiens. Nous pouvons également voir qu'une partie du marché du weapon et de la house est contrôlé par les canadiens.
Nous pouvons dire que le projet de taxe est un succès sur le marché des produits où de nombreux produits sont contrôler par des canadiens.
Je tiens également à dire que sans l'aide des autres membres du Liberated Canada le projet ne sera pas en place pour le moment.
Au cours du mois passé, je suis également devenu le MoFA deputy et l'ambassadeur de la France et de l'Allemagne. J'ai développer de bonne relationavec ces pays et je suis prêt à améliorer les relations avec d'autres pays en tant que le MoFA deputy.
Nous pouvons voir que je suis une personne très active.
Je vais également faire un don de 2 gold de ma médailles au Canada si je suis élu.

Voici une petite partie où je vais vous dire comment voter parce que certaines personnes ne prennent pas au sérieux l'élection
-Ne jamais voter pour quelqu'un qui ne fait pas une présentation (ça prouve qu'il veux juste la médaille ou qu'il n'est pas actif)
-Ne jamais vendre votre vote (un vote peut faire toute la différence lors de l'élection)
-Votez pour une personne active
-Voter pour une personne dans un parti qui est actif (les candidatures peuvent être enlevé par le chef du parti. Ce chef doit juste garder les bonnes personnes)
-Voter pour une personne en qui vous avez confiance
L'élection du Congrès est l'élection la plus importante parce que le Congrès peut décider de tout. Par exemple, dans les derniers jours, au Pérou, le Congrès destitut 2 présidents (l'un d'eux ne restera que pour une journée) et ils ont élu leur propre président.

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
