A mai nappal végelszámolás alá helyeztem az RT-met (MBA - Magyar Befektetési Alap). Az indokokat már leírtam a részvényeseknek, itt inkább néhány tapasztalatot osztanék meg azoknak, akik a későbbiekben belevágnának ilyesmibe (fontos hogy nem írom le az egész folyamatot, csak szemezgetek olyan dolgokból, amik buktatók lehetnek)!
RT célok:
1. Mindenek előtt döntsd el mit szeretnél, három RT irány vonal járható út, ezen belül is persze árnyalásokkal:
a) Spekulatív RT. Viszonylag hamar nagy tőkét kell tudnod felhalmoznod, azaz sok kezdő tőkével kell rendelkezdned. Ez a típus kezdetekben volt erős, most már nehéz ilyen jellegű RT-t üzemeltetni.
b) Befektetési RT: Fix cégekre és monetary-ra alapozó hozam orientált befektetés. Nem arra alapoz, hogy a részvények pörögjenek, hanem a folyamatos termelésre
c) Vegyes RT: az a) és b) keveréke
2. Tőkésítés: ha megtaláltad a célokat fontos, hogy tudd mennyi tőkéd lesz. Hitelt csak akkor vegyél fel, ha ki tudod számolni a várható hozamokat.
RT alapítás:
1. Ne csinálj új RT-t, hanem ha találsz vegyél meg egy üreset!
2. Amennyiben a kinézett RT-d nem olyan állampolgársággal rendelkezik, mint amit szeretnél egyeztess kongresszusi képviselőkkel, hogy transzferelni akarod, de készülj fel rá, ha nem megy át a törvény, akkor is 10 goldot levonnak az RT számlájáról
RT vagyon feltöltés/beindítás:
0. Javaslom, hogy a tisztább elszámolás érdekében és az átláthatóság érdekében még mielőtt elkezded árulni a részvényeket töltsd fel vagyonnal az RT-t.
1. Két opciód van, vagy pénzel töltöd fel, vagy cégekkel
2. Ha céget raksz be induláskor jó ha tudod, hogy mindegyik cég kevesebbet fog számolni a tényleges creation értékénél
3. Mielőtt árulni kezded a részvényeket, írd ki az üzenő falra a célokat és vállalásokat, így a későbbiekben ez kevesebb vitát szülhetnek
RT cégek üzemeltetése:
1. Vigyázz a tranzakcióknál, sose adj túl olcsón valamit piaci árhoz képest, még ha így is hasznot termel, felnyomhatnak a befektetők pénzének elherdálása miatt.
2. Ha spekulatív veszel egy céget, pl q5 weapon céget nem high régióban, 300goldért (de a cég értéke így 351 goldal nő), számold ki, hogy mennyi munkással éri meg termelni vele. Elképzelhető, hogy ezek a "mihaszna" cégek is termelnek hasznot 3-4 munkással
3. Próbálj meg okosan vásárolni! Ha van egy termék gyártó céged, a szükséges nyersanyagot gyártó céget is nyisd meg hozzá, hisz az RT csak piacról tud vásárolni, de így az adózást elkerülöd, mert az RT saját zsebéből fel tudja használni adó nélkül is a javakat
4. Erősen nézz körbe mielőtt egy termék gyártásába belevágsz! Érdemes csúcsidőben (pl mo-n este 17:00 és 21:00 között) figyelni a marketet, olyan helyre fektess ahol pörög a felvásárlás
5. Céget soha nem éri meg csinálni, csak ha nincs egyáltalán a piacon a megadott minőségből, vagy túl drágán. Nézz körbe lehet a piaci konkurenciád cégét tudod felvásárolni, és ezzel szűkíted a piacot, növeled a nyereséged.
RT bugok/veszélyes ügyletek:
1. Monetary-ra kihelyezni ajánlatot rt-vel bármikor bebugosodhat, ilyenkor game administratornak kell in-game üzenetet írni, Ő tud segíteni!
2. Kerüld a csalás látszatát, pl ha stradelsz, azaz olcsón raksz ki rt-be terméket, majd aranyat donatelsz az RT-nek, akkor ezt jelezd az üzenő falon még mielőtt megteszed, lehetőleg angolul, így ez egy adminnak hivatkozási alap lehet.
3. Ne adj hitelt rt-ből kidonatelt pénzzel. Még akkor se ha ismered az ileltőt, ha vmiért bannolják, akkor az rt bukja a pénzt és te is könnyen reportolhatóvá válsz.

In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
