Everyone invest in a stock company mostly to get dividends who are payed on a certain amount of time or a gold value collected offcourse, and thats the very same reason i created this one
The previous plan will take a longer time to be completed before start making profit, that is the reason why i decided to change it again so i will make the whole process much faster and get through all the steps faster while the shares price will only keep rising =)
Before starting to pay dividends, there are a few steps through whom the company need to go in order to get to the level when we can start paying dividends.
1st. Split shares untill i make 800 shares in my posession Completed
2nd Donate my companies in the stock company ( 6q5, 1q1 and 4q4 companies ) Completed
3rd Sell 300 Shares ( 54 sold already ) to return some of the investment and afterwards Upgrade the q4 Companies into q5 ( 1 upgraded already ), maybe even make some new companies In Progress ( <= change )
4th Start making profit and pay dividends on every 200 gold profit ( or it might be decided from a possible options through a pool when the time comes ) Awaiting for step 3 to be completed
These goals will take a while to be achieved, but i can guarantee few things:
- There will be no more Issuing/Printing/Spliting Shares (the shares will stay as 800 in total)
- The Shares price and value will only rise, so everyone can make profit
- The dividends will be payed after we make the 200 minimum gold profit ( = 0.25 gold per share ) when we reach the final goal, or they will be payed by the choosen option when the time comes

I have already found a person who will take care about the companies, employing workers, buying currency for salary, the selling of the products etc. ( <= update )
The companies in the stock company will not work for making a profit untill we reach the final goal where all companies will be q5 ( except the q1 weapon ), so you will know that you wont be scammed, and we will have to wait untill we complete all the goals to start making money.
**NOTICE**
My investments in this company wont stop yet. After i sell 300 shares i will donate gold to the Stock Company for upgrade of the q4 companies to q5 and maybe even make some new ones. I am also planing to donate some gold ( 800 if possible ) to pay dividends as soon as we upgrade all the companies as planned so i can reward the shareholders trust
If everything goes according to plan ( if i menage to donate 800 gold to pay dividends as a reward for the shareholders trust which i am 90% sure i will succeed in ), everyone who have shares will get 1 gold per each share he owns in Speedy`s Stock Company ( <= change )
As i mentioned, for now the companies wont be used to make profit, they will keep being used as a private companies with workers working for gold or supply, and that will be the reason why i take the products from the stock company which the people produced for now ( so i can pay their "salary" ), BUT as soon as we complete the step 3 and reach the step 4 who will be completed in max of 24 hours after completing step 3, the companies will start working only for profit, and that profit will be collected to pay dividends. **UPDATE**
All the heavy investors who want to buy a larger amount of shares ( 20 + ) can contact me in order to buy shares at a little lower price than the proposed. That can be agreed only with the long term investors who have no intention of reselling the shares which can only stall the company progress and make the shares price drop, and that is something i have no intention of allowing to happen!!!
How will the "disscount" be calculated:
20-29 Shares = - 0.5 Gold for every share bought
30-39 Shares = - 1 Gold for every share bought
40-49 Shares = - 1.5 Gold for every share bought

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
