I, Miles Trotsky, do solemnly affirm that I will faithfully execute as Party leader, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Laws and Policy of NAR.
I want to thank the NAR members who trust me with this honorable position. I want to also thank my competition for Party Leader, Xavier2oo8, he ran a great campaign and brought a lot of great fresh ideas to NAR. I am happy to call him my right hand man.
After becoming the Party Leader of NAR for a second term, I want to announce that this will be my last term as Party Leader of the best party in eUSA. I do this because this will allow the party to rotate new fresh faces in the NAR’s leadership. Our party promotes a younger generation of active members to gain leadership experience bringing new ideas to NAR and eUSA.
NAR PLAN FOR FUTURE
As Party Leader I have the authority to make decision best for the NAR.
1. The Christmas Program will be reinstated NAR is passing out the Christmas cheer early this year. For members of NAR only, we will give you presents not just once a year, but daily. Every member of NAR will get 5 q1 gifts around their Christmas tree every day til they reach the level of 10.
2. Our party needs to get members on IRC and make a private forum where we can all have a discussion about NAR. We need members to become more active in our party to climb the ladder of achievements. We have a lot of great young players in our party who can make a huge influence on our country.
3. I plan to grow NAR by another 75 members by the end of my second term, making NAR the party with the most members in eUSA. Once this happens our party will hold our Congress Convention where NAR’s leadership picks the candidates best able to win a congressional seat. I would to send 8 candidates to Congress.
4. I plan to grow NAR’s MU the White Walkers to 20 members then upgrading it to regular MU. White Walkers is a fast powerful MU who is willing to accept any NAR member to its ranks.
In closing, NAR’s future is brighter than ever, we are the fastest growing party in the history. And I won’t rest till I have grown the party by 1000% since I become Party Leader last month. NAR can make this guarantee to its members; the party will give you all the tools you need to achieve greatness in eUSA.

NAR Head of the Internal Affairs- Receives, processes and coordinates all internal and external complaints. Investigates all allegations of unnecessary or excessive use of our Policies toward our members. Oversees our commerce and sends food,. weapons and gifts to our members who need it. Also serve as NAR financial adviser.

NAR Internal Affairs Assistant-Operates as the hands of Internal Affairs. Main duty is to facilitate any orders or task that the Head IA needs to be expedited. Also serves as NAR personal counselors.

Provides financial aid to members who would like to attend West Point and helps them find other educational resources to accommodate their growth in E-sim. Mentor new members and study trends, ideas and techniques in education to determine what works. The NAR. Department of Education works to improve the education systems that were previously in place and to provide educators with information that can make them better mentors

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
