In the second article, as you can very obviously read in the title, I shall be tackling the issue of our political party system, and the given hierarchy that comes with it.

Now, to start off, I'm going to show you a chart that truly shocked me when I first made it. When I saw the following pie chart, it hit me that the UK's political parties are in dire need of help. This is just pure domination, and Ignorance!

This statistic shows many problems that are effecting the UK.

1) ->The first of which is, the 132 (38.71%) of UK citizens that were not given enough INCENTIVE to join a political party. Now baring in mind most of these citizens are probably non active, multi's, or not playing at all, they still did not have enough of an induction into the system when they first joined the game. I do not mean incentive, as bribery, gifts, or anything of the sort; I mean, the political parties that take themselves seriously, should be seeking to broadcast what they are trying to accomplish and what their goals may be. The only time anything like this appears, is when Party election time is nearing, and party leader nominees try to win over THEIR OWN party members. If parties laid out their objectives, goals, and ambitions onto an article; and tried to induct newbies into their political party, there would not only be more competition and rivalry between parties, but also attract newbies to stay longer, and maybe have more fun.

2) -> The second point I'd like to address is The Political Party (TPP) and its reigning dominance over the UK as whole, from presidency, to congress, to cabinet, to citizens. Ever since the day I joined, TPP has been champion of UK, with only 2 other parties around that weren't challenging its authority to any extent. Recently, I was elected 2 time congressman for UUK, with only 3-5 candidates being nominated each term, this was quite an accomplishment for me. But then, I realized that this was a rare occasion, and not many people get this opportunity outside of coarse, TPP. I began to see TPP rise and gain more and more members, while other parties vanished. People were leaving other parties to join TPP, because of its outstanding dominance over the UK. This brings me to my next point;

THE SNOWBALL EFFECT: The snowball effect is a fairly simple and common term to anyone who enjoys a good game of HoN, Dota, or LoL. Imagine a tiny little snowball starting to roll down hill at the top of an endless mountain of snow, and imagine this snowball is TPP. Now, it keeps gaining and gaining strength and mass, and it reaches a point where it cant be stopped. This is where TPP is currently heading. TPP is smashing all opposition, and shall soon have the full 20 seats of congress to itself because of its growing numbers. This must stop, because the UK will then be a one party nation, which doesn't really project us to the rest of the e-sim world very well.

Last but definitely not least, Presidency.

3) - >Since TPP owns incredible majority 100% of the time, TPP gets to basically choose the president that suits them (usually from TPP), sometimes Jon873 to save face. Now the president that is eventually elected, does his job very well indeed, so I'm not taking anything away from the people that have been past presidents. The repetition in presidents and especially Cabinet members has become quite boring and extremely predictable. Leaving no opportunity for anyone to advance past the higher rings of the TPP, and keeping the ownership and rule of the UK to themselves.

As i read back, i realize that many might think this is all a rage article at TPP, but i'm just trying to open opportunities for players that want to progress in the game, enjoy e-sim more, and maybe even get into congress once.

There are a few ways I thought up to help solve these problems, some of which probably won't be so popular, but I am suggesting them because I'm looking for improvements in the system.

a) Some sort of Law that limits that amount of members a political party can have to allow equal growth throughout the UK. Obviously this law would never be passed by a biased congress, so it would have to be implemented by the country as a hole, or by dev's themselves.

b) The experienced dominant figures of the TPP disperse and join other parties, purely to spark some sort of competition between parties that isn't present now, and hence allowing them to work harder to convince newbies and regular players to join their cause.

c) A Certain amount of congress seats available per party. Based on standing of players, number of players, and past experience of players. This would have to be implemented alongside another law that prevents people from running for congress more than 2 times in a row.

d) This rule could also be implemented on its own. This would have to be implemented alongside another law that prevents people from running for congress more than 2 times in a row.

Whether any of what I wrote registered with anyone or anything, I urge all the smaller parties in the UK to step up its game and try to recruit more players more actively.

That's it from me! Hopefully change will come, and players will get the chance to do more in the UK. These all might be global issues aswell happening in several other countries. Hope you enjoyed the read

About the game:

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.

In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

Become an influential politician.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.

The international war.

The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).

At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.

E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
